I loved the food, great variety on the menu and very nice place.
Great ambiance, Coffee, food, and service!! Love coming to enjoy with the family!
I ordered online for delivery, I got a call form the owner and he told me they can't deliver. My name is Sage Hudak and I never got my 20 dollars back. I called back and the guy rudely told me that he gave me the money. 6 months later, I'm still waiting for my 20 dollars. I should really make corporate action because my money was stolen from me. Will never order again.
Nice place to come and eat. I like the overall look and ambiance. Everything looked cleaned and the staff was nice.First time here and my family and I liked it and would like to eventually return.Seems like there's colombian restaurants popping up everywhere lately. There's 2 noches, pollos mario, 3 colombian bakery factories in my area so I got options. What I like about Bonanza is that it's more relaxing. Sometimes the other ones get really busy and gets loud and little hectic. Would like to come back and see how it is on a busy night.Food was on average with other colombian places. I ordered carne molida and while it was good, I've had better. Yuca frita was kinda mushy but not bad.The carne encebollada only came with 1 side which I thought was weird. Usually you get 2 in other places. I did taste it and I really liked it. The portions were big and none of us left hungry. For 3 people with 3 sodas bill was like $70 without tip.
Not coming back here. I usually do not post things like this but what happened today it’s just infuriating. I’m not gonna comment on food taste and quality, which is not the greatest, but the fact that I ordered a plate and got something completely different just ruined my night. I ordered a Bonanza Bowl which is supposed to come with chicken, rice, avocado and fried plantain. Instead I got a plate of rice, lettuce, corn, tomato, onions, some green plantains and a slice of avocado…. This plate is nothing remotely close to any bowls they have on the menu. Why are these other ingredients I did not order and do not eat in the plate. And most important where is the chicken? I honestly feel that they didn’t have what I order and instead just gave me whatever left over ingredients they had available without notice. This is just un aceptable, spent $12.95 just on a plate that went to waste with the exception of the plantains and avocado that I ate. Definitely do not recommend this place
We visited the store couple days ago, no really a good experience. Tiramisu was not a real original Tiramisu recipe. My ojaldra with caramel was old, no fresh.
Be ready to pay 20% tip. (Included automatically) I don’t even know if that is legal. Not even in upscale restaurant they do this . Additionally they charge 4 percent if you pay with a credit card. Food is Too pricey for a restaurant located in Hackensack. Food is ok. I don’t recommended this restaurant.
Excellent Place ! Highly recommend! Service is Amazing. Andrés took care of us and food was so delicious. This is the authentic Colombian flavors. The ambience and atmosphere are so nice. In my opinion, the best Colombian Cuisine in the Area. Cozy-Rusticated beautiful Room.
Delicious. Pandebono was very good. Sancocho de Res was delicious. Very nice interior. Food gave us that home cooked feeling! Highly recommend.
I wish I could give zero stars. Terrible and overpriced, decided to give this one a try since my favorite Colombian spot was closed. Worst decision ever. You could smell the rancid oil, the empanadas had no seasoning just giant potatoes with bits of chicken. The Morcia had a weird taste probably the same old oil, it was sooooo dry and mainly just rice. Lastly, I wouldn’t even call those arepas … they were a yellow dough stuffed with cheese, if you’re a true Latino you can tell from the pic alone that it was not an arepa. So disappointing!!
