The food was fresh and hot. The tables were cleaned frequently and the waitress was really attentive. Ashley, explained some menu items and was engaging. She also gave us our silverware appropriately, wrapped in a napkin and holding them by the mouths. Prices were affordable and the decor was nice, with some school names.
Awful customer service. My.soup never came my salad was wrong 2x. We had to keep calling the waitress over and it took FOREVER for the food that did make it out. By the time the food did come it was cold. Appetizers were cold. Never again.
We have visited this place for dinner and first time experenced veryunprofessional service overall. Hope higher authority will look this up and train their stuff so people will not experence awful things.
Great value and diversified menu selection. Good place to take the whole family. UPDATE - Service was slow initially but was fine once they started to tend to us. We sat there for 12 minutes at first, but the servers were attentive after that.
The service was great the best thing I ate there was their onion rings they were amazing the only thing I really need to complain about is there Beyond Burger was very salty and they put too much salt on the french fries. Just ease up on the salt please unless the Beyond Burgers come pre-made but everything else was great. I would love to see more vegan or vegetarian options on the menu
Food was good, ambiance was good but I felt a little rushed upon ordering. The waiter seemed to be alone so I guess I understand. At some point we had to wave him down to ask for refills on our drinks which was the worse of our experience. Overall we enjoyed the fact that the restaurant wasn't packed and we didn't have to wait to be seated when we arrived. We were in and out...sorta...we also had to wait a little while to get our bill. ?
We were seated randomly not told anything and sat there for 15 minutes . No one came to us just waiters staring as they passed by. Ridiculous.

Their receptionist could use a personality transplant.....he was a complete zero who looked though us. The service was acceptable. The burgers were ok but not memorable. The boneless wings which were supposed to be mild were lip-numbing. French fries were just mediocre, All in all, this is not a place to which wwe shall return
came in last night and sat at the bar and had the boneless wings..they were delicious. food came quick for once and my margarita was really good too. Been here a few times and had bad service but the bartender Sully was super sweet and i will be coming back
