We come here a lot and usually have a pleasant experience. Tonight I ordered a martini and the glass was chipped which caused a laceration on my tongue. I alerted the server who let me know they would take care of it. I asked for a new glass not a new drink and was brought back a drink without much conversation. To be clear I had two sips of the drink before I noticed the issue and did not have the entire drink. For dinner my children had grilled cheese and Mac and cheese bites which were great. My wife and I ordered a shrimp app and chicken lettuce wraps. Shrimp was good but some of the chicken skewers were pink in the middle causing my wife to spit them out. We ate the good chicken and tried not to complain but I wanted to bring it to the attention of management. The manager said she would address this issue with the kitchen and I did not see her again. Our server came back with the bill with 2 martinis on the bill minus the chicken wrap app. I tipped the server 40% for doing great but was unhappy that when I noticed 2 things wrong with my experience I was treated as an inconvenience by the manager.

My family and I came here food was great ! Waitress did not introduce herself took forever to come back for us to get refills I had to ask another waiter for something since I didn’t see her word of advice for Cheesecake Factory hire people that have a personality and can keep up With tables!!!

This review is for the The Cheesecake Factory3710 U.S. 9, Freehold Township, NJ (attached to the Freehold Raceway Mall)I had to pick something up at Macy’s & I can never pass this place up. So I stopped in, left my name & phone number. They said approximately ½ hour – 40 minutes, so that was plenty of time to get what I needed at Macy’s. They let us know our booth was ready within ½ hour, which worked out perfectly. The place was busy, but tables seemed to be moving along. Clean restaurant, front desk reservation staff was friendly & it was organized. Some people had masks, others didn’t & I was totally ok with that. There’s plenty of parking since it’s connected to the mall. There’s usually a wait & you can sit inside the Cheesecake Factory or go walk in the mall until they notify you that your table is ready. There is a very nice selection of drinks, appetizers, dinners, dessert, etc. They provide nutritional info in the menu as well as calories. We’re there enough that I ordered a simple burger that day & they don't short you on fries or bacon! Check out my picture …. It was as delicious as it looks. Seasoned well, cooked to my liking & large portions. I took half home but who can leave without a slice of cheesecake for home. I love that as soon as you walk in they have some of their desserts in a display case to the left. It keeps you thinking about dessert before you've even chosen your food. Prices are very reasonable and the service our water provided was excellent. There’s no reason not to try this place out. You can shop before - while you wait for your table & walk the calories off in the mall after!! Win/win!!I highly recommend you visit The Cheesecake Factory at Freehold Raceway Mall. You won’t regret it!ps. If you found my review helpful, please be sure to click on the thumbs up & like my post. Thanks :)

It’s Cheesecake Factory and it never disappoints. We went straight to main course and order the bacon cheeseburger, fettuccini Alfredo and kid’s spaghetti meatballs. Everything tasted real good. To top it off, I have to end the meal with a cheesecake and had a strawberry cheesecake. A great experience and daughter had fun for her post gymnastics competition celebration.Go here anytime u want some good food and it never disappoints.

The restaurant seems clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly but might need some training. Our appetizer was fried, the cold inside. My burger came and it seemed cooked correctly but was also cold, even the cheese was not melted. They tried several times to get me a plain iced tea and I ended up with some weird raspberry or passion fruit! They seemed short handed although there were 4 staff in the corner talking the whole time while our waitress was doing what seemed like every job in the place. We are disappointed that most of the staff are not wearing masks but tried to make the best of it. We will be looking for another eatery next time around.

Very delicious food and drinks were ?, bartender was experienced at making amazing drinks. My fiancé and I always go to Cheesecake Factory ??? . Great time spend together

Simply love the food here. One major issue is the wait time. Outside of the long wait, it's totally worth it for the price. The avocado roll is the best appetizers and the luch special are great quick delicious meals.

Usually love the food I get. This time didn't really like it the food looked and tasted dry with no flavor. But overall nice place and amazing cheesecake.

Sat at bar. Counter and menu were completely sticky. But waitress behind bar cleaned the counter again, gave us new menus and made sure we were satisfied with our meal, and we were.

I haven't been here in ages and I'm so glad I went back. Their food is sooooo delicious! We had the fried mac and cheese balls and the spinach dip for appetizers. The fried mac and cheese is the most amazing thing ever! I still can't get over how delicious that was. My main entree was the baked rigatoni which was good but a little too salty. For the dessert I had the mango key lime cheesecake which was insanely good! My friend had the celebration cheesecake which was absolutely amazing. I'll definitely get that the next time I go. I cannot recommend this place enough, but try to see if you can get a reservation because we had a wait of close to an hour.
