Used to love this place but it seems the owners are being unreasonable. Using their online platform, I ordered breakfast for my family to include a side of eggs with cheese. Instead of charging me for a side, I was charged for an egg platter at almost 10 bucks for a couple of scrambled eggs with cheese smh. The owner saw no problem charging me for a full platter and had no intentions of providing me with the platter sides until requested!! I have never heard of being charged for a platter instead of a side. He stated that he does this all the time and no one complains. This is likely due to the fact that they are unaware of this new practice. To add, the bagel was way too thick and doughy. For a Jersey bagel place, I was expecting way more.
Went to The Bagel Nook today after seeing many of their crazy/amazing looking options on Instagram. We arrived there 15 minutes before closing, after traveling an hour and a half to get there. Upon arrival, ALL of the bagels had been bagged up and put in the back, all of the cream cheeses were packaged, the grill was off, and the register/cash was being counted out front. The workers there seemed annoyed/upset that we were there. We explained that we had travelled fairly far just to try it, and they essentially told us that any of the items we were hoping to have made (literally regular menu items) wouldn’t be possible at that point but they would “try”. We realized that even the attempt to make something similar to what we wanted would’ve defeated the purpose of going there, so we left.Additionally, while this interaction was happening, another set of individuals walked in to which the workers looked visibly annoyed.GREAT first/last visit!!!

Pretty expensive paid over 25 dollars for two bagels. That being said the bagels themselves are very good. I waited over 20 mins for two bagels to be made while other people got their food before me. Hence the 4 store review. I will be back but definitely order at least 30 mins in advance to avoid the wait.
The cashier was rude and the service was terrible. We were the only ones at the counter and we were being rushed. He made sure to tell me and my family that they close in an hour and they need to start putting stuff away. Not a place I would ever visit again.
I was excited to try this bagel place and was very disappointed. The disorganization and chaos behind the counter was unbelievable. It took close to 45 minutes for my food to be ready and when I got home I realized one of my bagel sandwiches I was given was not the sandwich I ordered. This was after being told in the store that one of the bagels I ordered they did not have, 20 minutes after ordering. I would not recommend this bagel shop. Save yourself time and energy and go to you local bagel shop.
A decent bagel with lots of cool options for flavors. They have some special flavors you haven’t seen before like fruity pebble bagel + fruity pebble cream cheese. They also had flavors like Cheeto and Oreos and a bunch of others. It’s kind of a gimmick but it get them as reputation as the place that makes those weird bagels. All in all it was good.
I love the food. Needs more kitchen space to cook .just very slow for hot food. Plenty of people taking order and money. Long wait time even if you call in prior. A bit pricey but it has a captive audience.
This morning I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel with salt and pepper. When I picked my order up, it was definitely fresh just was cooked however, I’m not sure if this is a new thing that they are doing but literally all of the salt was placed on the outside bottom of the bagel. I had to scrape all of it off to be able to eat the sandwich and still ended up with a stomach ache from all the salt! Pics included for sure.
