We tried Panini Grill for the first time and were very impressed with the paninis. We also had salads which were excellent. Beautiful atmosphere, great service. Will definitely be back!
Had a small dinner for our daughters graduation. They were so accommodating from the very first. Last minute reservation…moving our tables because they were in the sun and then they were so attentive and pleasant the whole time we were there. Oh yeah. And the food was great. Thank you for making the whole experience so wonderful.
First I must say that the gentleman Rosario and his staff are amazing at their jobs. They truly make you feel like family.We had our daughters baby shower this past weekend.Rosario went above and beyond our expectations to make the day perfect!Food, decorations, ambiance and music was spectacular!Thank you to him and the staff!

The Panini Grill is phenomenal- delicious food, stellar service, and beautiful presentations. We had such an amazing experience, we went two nights in a row. The pollo Daniel and hot antipasto were our favorites, but you really can’t go wrong. Highly highly recommend!
My husband and I went to Panini Grille on A rainy day after a Dr visit. We just wanted to have a good lunch and after Googling local places to eat we came across this Gem. It was beautiful inside and we were greeted right away when we walked in. We were amazed at the display of food and Italian specialties they offered. We were so satisfied with the service and family members who took pride in old family recepies and tradition. The desserts were to die for. If you have never gone here you must put this place on your bucket list. You will come back again n again. I know I will. The food is heavenly!!!
With the name 'Panini Grill', you think of a smaller place that focuses just on panini sandwiches, at very cheap prices. The name also invokes a place that you can just drop in and eat at whenever.However, Panini Grill in Freehold is a little more than that. It is very nice inside and the prices are decent, all things considered. The Panini they make are huge -- almost the size of your face. The food is of good quality. They are also excellent with refilling your drink if it gets low.You may be under the impression You can go in here and get a meal whenever. I thought so when getting food with a friend. I was also told they do not generally need reservations. I don't know if this was due to the timing of coming here, right after New Years or not -- but this place was packed at the same. Every table was reserved and I had to wait a little bit for a table.I was conflicted between getting the Lobster and Macaroni and Cheese Panini or the Flank Steak Panini. I went with the flank steak. I was a little disappointed with the peppers, and there was quite a bit of liquids that caused the panini to eventually get soggy and fall apart.I don't know if it was the result of the place being packed, but the music was crazy loud in here as well, which is annoying when you have certain health struggles.I gave 4 stars because there should be improvements here and there. I'll have to go back on another day and try a few different items to gauge the quality of the food. Cool place overall.
The Panini Grill is absolutely fantastic. We just had our holiday party there last night to celebrate our agents and vendors with our family and friends and we couldn't be happier that we chose this location for our work event. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for the holidays, it felt like we were in a winter wonderland. It was the perfect venue for a holiday party. The atmosphere was inviting, cozy and warm. The food was absolutely delicious and there were so many options to choose from. We added on the champange wall, gelato bar and centerpieces at each table and they were great additions to our event.The owner, Rosario, was EXTREMELY accommodating, present, personable and went above and beyond for us to make sure the event was a success! The staff was also super helpful and friendly. I highly recommend ?
