Food was excellent, customer service was above and beyond. I had order the wrong salad and had left the store for about 10 minutes. After notice I came back and explain my situation to the cashier. He stopped and went and made the salad for me right then and there. His name was Zack and the team there do a excellent job. I will gladly come back and continue to!
I just wish they make one place to pick up.Right now when you order drinks and food, drink cups are in the rapid pickup while food is by the kitchen counter. Very confusing and the app and kiosks call those pickup area different...
This Panera is always clean and the staff is nice. The only suggestion I have would be to put the tea bags out near the hot water. I like two different tea bags in my tea and I hate having to ask for both.
Our family often eats at various Panera locations but the way we were treated here was the worst. We spent day at Six Flags and wanted to grab something to eat. According to guide place was closing at 8 and when we got there it was before 7 but manager was very frustrated when we walked in saying that they are closing at 7. So we just wanted to get food to go and eat in the car. I overheard staff complaining about "another order". We ended up getting some of the food cold and no plastic utensils for salads and soups. Tried to knock on widow after we walked out but they just ignored me. Good thing there was Dunkin across the parking lot were I got some spoons.
I felt like a soup bread bowl and they have it. Yum!
Excellent service. Food quality top knotch. Crystal the manager made sure staff kept lobby clean. Silverware wasn't spotty . Omg that soup . Butternut squash deeelicuous. Yuuumers. Love all yall. That's what hospitality. Quality service and Clean .
Food was good, but this place needs a lot of cleaning on the food pre area!!***owner/manager needs to do a better job on sanitation and cleanliness***

The food is expensive the tables and floor were very dirty. You have to place your order at counter you have to pick up your food and clean your table. If I didn't have Panara gift cards I would not go there.When my gift card runs out is when I stop going to that dirty place. By the way I am talking about the one in Freehold.
