Disappointed
The food was excellent! We got the Chicken Lettuce wraps as an appetizer, for our entrees my girlfriend got the Mongolian Beef and I got Chang’s Spicy Chicken, both of which were very very good. The beef was cooked perfectly and the spicy sauce on the Chang’s Spicy Chicken was so good. They offer plenty of Gluten Free options and even go so far as to make sure anything that is Gluten Free is on a white plate as to not confuse anything with regular food (black plates)
We visited the Freehold PF Chang's for the first time about a week ago and it was delicious. My adult children are sushi snobs and they thoroughly enjoyed their Kung Pao Dragon Rolls which had perfect heat from the siracha sauce and the ingredients were very fresh. The chicken lettuce wraps as an appetizer were delicious as was my chicken and broccoli. The restaurant was beautiful and clean and our drinks from the bar were excellent. We will be back to try the short ribs which we heard the table next to us raving about.
Usually this location is consistent with their cooking. The last time I went the food had large black pieces of something burnt in it. I was obviously disappointed. I returned the mean and they refunded the money and we ended up eating somewhere else. The gentleman who refunded us at takeout was very polite and helpful. I still left four stars because although I have had a not so good experience this last time in a few others, my overall experience with PF Chang's at this location is pretty good.
Honey Chicken & Honey Shrimp
Great experience with the waiter Shamere!! He has to be one of the best I've met in the area. You can see he enjoys what he's doing and never a question or request not tended to. He recommended certain dishes which were great. Service is everything in this industry and he makes a difference.The folks in the kitchen are rarely mentioned but they were great with our request. The chefs made it happen.Ralph has a great team and this is one place you don't want to miss out on. For being a chain restaurant it is pretty darn excellent.

Patrick was a delight, very delightful and nice and always there to ask if the food was okay, he even switched our rice because the first one didn’t turn out okay, Patrick was an amazing serve for our first time there definitely coming back!!!
Server was excellent. Only dish we had that was very good were the chicken lettuce wraps.Other dishes were just OK. Peking Duck was rather disappointing as it was a bit undercooked.I have been to other locations in SE US which were better than this location.You can definitely get a nice meal at this chain. Just was not up to par on this particular day, I guess?
