I came for lunch and parked myself at the bar. Unfortunately it was after 3pm and the lunch specials were not available. Found a nice appetizer of shrimp. It was delicious and very well priced. Enough for a meal as bread sticks were also served. I knocked off a star only because the breadsticks were not warm and soft as expected. Chocolate mousse cake for dessert was terrific. Recommend this location.
Service was terrible as soon as we walked in. Should have left then. All the staff we encountered was very poorly trained. There was 10 people in the whole restaurant and the hostess tried to seat us at a table and chairs with a 9 month old baby in a car seat. We asked for a booth and a seat cradle for the baby. Manager came over and immediately took away the baby seat stand and was extremely rude about it. Manager did nothing to try to fix the situation and definitely not cut out to be a manager. She didn’t even care that we said we were leaving and not returning. We will not be returning to this location. This is sad because we like Olive Garden.
Everything is good from salads to pastas
Supplied name to hostess, got passed up for seating 3 times by customers that came in afterwards. Brought to hostess attention, she apologized. Tried to seat us in a 2 seater, party of 4, declined. Finally, got seated. Asked for breadsticks 3 times, in addition, refill on soup. Meal came out before soup refill. Was asked by our waitress if we still wanted the soup or if we wanted to forget about it. Prices increased, service decreased. We are regulars, however, after this experience, may be looking for a new favorite restaurant. Lastly, was told that the staff was working short and that they were doing the best that they can do. Extremely disappointed
I feel that I had unprofessional service at my experience at Olive Garden. My server came up to me and my guests at the end of the night and told me that my card had been declined as a joke. When the words were first uttered from his mouth I was embarrassed and even ashamed of the fact that my card had been declined. The fact that it was a joke relieved my stress but definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. That wasn't the only sour action of the night. Right after that I was handed the check to see that my server would not leave my side. Hoping for a greater tip if he was standing there on the sideline. Trying to pressure me to write a fatter time on my receipt paper. Unfortunately for him this plan backfired as I saw what he was doing. Olive Garden needs to train their servers how to professionally serve if they do not want to upset the well being of their clientele. I thank Olive Garden for the future actions I know they are going to take to prevent situations like this from happening again. A fun night out that was tainted with the fear of being embarrassed and overall rudeness.
Great deal getting soup salad and bread sticks. I was going to get water,but the waitress said the iced tea was very good. It was way too sweet. I only had one sip and drank my water. It tasted more like sugar than mango strawberry.
I took my daughter out for lunch at this location as we had a gift card, and we had a wonderful experience. The restaurant was pretty busy, but we were seated quickly, and our server was very friendly and helpful. The food was out quick and was fresh and delicious. We will be back in the future.
My girlfriend and I came here 1/24/22 (a Monday night) for dinner. The restaurant was on the slow side. We were very rushed with getting our food. I got a soup and I only took 3 bites before our entrees came out. We also had to ask for the breadsticks instead of them being brought out. If I wanted to be rushed I would have went to McDonald’s instead of coming here. We are just going to go somewhere else from now on.
Me and my gf go here for the soup and salad and bread sticks. It's a good deal, nice Olive Garden. What else do you expect though.
I have always found the service excellent. I always find the food excellent also.
