Took me 20 minutes to get a chili dog, burger and fries, then they gave me the wrong food and it took me 10 more minutes to straighten it out. The employees are playing around instead of working. The fries were soggy straight from the fryer. Should've gone to Wendy's
terrible place everything i ordered they didn’t have and the worker was so rude for what, i asked what they had bc at that point they kept telling me they didn’t have that item and the worker told me to look at the menu like…
Absolutely not worth the cost. $31 for 2 hot dogs, fries and a soda! The worst hot dogs ever and soggy undercooked fries. Never again!
Just look around and you will see its filthy. The employees could care less about your food. Avoid!
$12.98 for a burger is outrageous. Two very thin, greasy patties..skimpy bacon. Plain fries were soggy and tasteless. What a waste of money. Nathan's used to have a decent lunch..what happened? We'll never go there again.

The BEST Nathan’s around!!! I live in Jackson and have 2 Nathan’s locations closer to me (Aldrich Rd - AWFUL customer service & quality, and then the Outlets - Great customer service but decent quality), and I choose to drive nearly 25 minutes, park at the food court entrance, walk into the mall and up an escalator JUST to come to this Nathan’s. Crispy chicken sandwich is always hot, fresh, and packed with toppings. Customer service is always on-point and order is never wrong. Keep up the awesome work — your customers definitely appreciate it and it does not go unnoticed!
Fish was so terrible I almost vomited? after just one bite no kidding crispy on the outside but raw and milky like on the inside.i returned the meal for a full refund.i do not recommend Nathan's @ the freehold raceway mall.

Worst service and food in this food court. I place my order with one person. She told me 6 minutes. Came back to the counter and found a full soda. I asked a second person if it was mine. She said, “I don’t know what you ordered.” 2 minutes later she called out my number. I took the food and said to her, “I just asked you if this was mine!” She said, “I didn’t know what you ordered. Ate 1 piece of fish which was rubber and probably old. Fries were definitely reheated. I realized also that I didn’t get my hush puppies. I asked the 2 of them and the one who “didn’t know” what I ordered said she put them on my platter, which was a blatant lie. Folks, stay clear of this one. Many more choices available in the food court with better service.
