Today was my first time back at Moore's in a few years.Moore's is a beautiful bar and restaurant with a TON of history. The rustic wood interior is absolutely stunning. The whole vibe is very warm and inviting. They have a great menu and plenty of beers on tap.The pizzas here are EXCELLENT.It's like a mix of Neapolitan and NY, but probably leans a bit more on the Neapolitan side.I ordered a Margherita pizza, and it's $7 during Happy Hour - which is a great deal. The flavors are very fresh and it's light, so you can enjoy it with a few beers. The one negative was the roasted clams. They were littlenecks, so they were small, which is expected, but they also were sandy. They tasted fine, but for $9 it wasn't worth it.The pizza definitely stole the show.Service was excellent at the bar.Overall, Moore's is still a great place to eat and drink, and I will definitely be back soon.
Nice pizza and beer , we went by 10 pm and they only serve pizza at that time , found out that they have a live music on specific dates and on Tuesday they have 2 burger for 1 , nice ambiance and nice experience, I just recommend that you go early to enjoy the place
We had a dinner here a few days ago. We were met by the welcoming and polite staff. The service is simply great. We liked the food so much, pizza was just delicious. The drinks selection is good. Great bar, I will definitely visit this place again.
Very nice place. It was my first time there. The food was good and our server...Richie...was attentive without being intrusive.I felt that we were not rushed and the paced was relaxing.Nice job!
Went there for lunch while waiting for the husband's iPhone to get fixed. The chicken wings were so good and crispy. I recommend trying them. Hope to get back soon..
Poorly ran, manager doesn't have any common sense or accommodate customers who need it. Would rather just tell them to F off. Food overpriced for what it is. Bartenders were cool though. Unfortunately, there were lots of entitled old people.
Moore’s Tavern used to be my go to spot for a burger and fries in Freehold, I don’t know what happened. I came back recently for a messy hamburger and small handful of cold, soggy fries. This for 17$?It used to be like 14$ and was really good and included a healthy portion of fresh fries.I hope you read this comment and fix the issue accordingly, until than I will not be returning.
We had lunch there on a Saturday afternoon. The crowd was light. The food was five stars. We ordered five different entries and two appetizers. All was very good. The service was between four and five stars. If you're considering trying this restaurant, I don't believe you'd be disappointed.
Delicious burgers. Pizza was brick oven which excited me. Great service. Cool Sports bar friendly staff
Great experience all around. Food, service, staff, cleanliness, ambiance ( considering it is a bar/tavern not French fine dining) Stopped in with two colleagues for lunch. Maria was our server and she was great as well.
