Horrible experience at this location today. Went through the drive thru and was told they have no salads or any grilled chicken sandwiches. They then advised that there is no more 20 piece and told us we would have to buy 2 10 piece meals. They then did not put any ketchup after being asked twice and only supplied 1 sauce per 10 piece. The server was rude and unhelpful. Overall, avoid this location. It seems the staff and management have gone downhill.
Horrible customer service, never give a right order...I miss 2 times items from my order I just leave it like that because I don't have time but I will never came back
This location has standard food, but they do not get the orders correct and do not listen when food is ordered. Very frustrating to try and get food at this location
Typical McDonald's but, this seemed more efficient while still very busy. Drive thru were the majority of customers. So to expedite my order I went inside where I was surprised a large number of customers eating at the tables. Order was accurate and very fast.
Worst food ever. When i called about it Maria who called herself a manager yelled at mewhen i said the food was cold and said nobody elsecomplained and then continued a conversations with a coworker and started speaking another language laughing and hung up onme when i asked when her boss would be in. When i called back they screamed at me in another language and hung up and took the phone off the hook. Horrible shocking and just speechless. Go someplace else
Barely any vegetarian options, and disgusting, greasy food. My wife was so disappointed as this was our monthly treat of eating out! Very disappointed. Not only our personal disappointment, but very bad for you and contributes to obesity in the world. 0 stars
The manager of this McDonald's is one of the nicest people I've met. My daughter and I were going to a family gathering, Christmas Eve dinner in Freehold. We were almost there when we found out my niece had Covid and the dinner was canceled. My daughter spotted this McDonald's and we stopped. The door was locked but the manager let us in, got us everything we wanted and he even gave us an extra chocolate shake!Who says there is no Santa?!!He lives at McDonald's on Rt.9 in Freehold!!! ?
Editing this into 1 star because genuinely can't understand what the heck has happened to the night shift. Every time I order lately if it's a bit late the burgers have been completely dried out and burnt and the fries stale, and often I'm either not given what I paid for or-- in the case of last night-- was given THREE random pastries I didn't want or pay for.

Went here at night with a bunch of friends. I asked for ketchup and was given a hand full but upon looking they were opened. I told the guy he gave me used ketchup and he apologized and gave me new ones, but he put it back in the same bin he got it from. When I told him is he going to give it out again, he laughed and realized what he did and three them out....lol
