So much great freah food to choose from and fair pricing. Very happy to drive a long way just to shop here. Staff is amazing and very helpful.
Livoti’s is the best in quality and customer service.We recently ordered through their catering department. The gentleman that took my order ( I think his name was Angelo?) was extremely helpful in helping me decide on what to order. The day of our party there was a mixup with one of our trays of chicken. When I called and spoke with Glen, he more than made up for the mistake. He not only delivered us the right tray of chicken but gave us a gift card covering the amount of the tray.
I ordered and paid for a pizza online but when I got there, the girl at the pizza counter claimed that she never received my order and the pizza guy had already left. I had to call the app that I used to request a refund and had to order a pizza from another place. I had to work last night so this was very inconvenient. Why couldn’t they give me individual slices to make up for the pizza that I paid for? Horrible customer service! I spoke with the manager (who looked 17) and was told there was nothing she could do. The last pizza I ordered was missing an ingredient and was cold. The one before that was mediocre too. I wanted to give them one more chance, then this happened. While waiting for my pizza the last time (which was ready 20 minutes later than they said it would be). I looked around at the prepared food and saw expired food and nasty looking food. Brown green beans - gross!! When they first opened, I loved livotis but it’s going downhill due to poor customer service, high prices, rotten food. Just like top tomato.. this place will eventually close. You lost a customer, I will never go back.
The best food market I've ever been to. The freshes food. Food thats extremely fresh! Bread, fruits, soups, sandwiches and of course the pizza. Excellent service through out the store. very friendly environment. The warmth of a family store. I would recommend you pay a visit.
Insanely overpriced. If they would lower thier prices im sure they wouldn't have so much waste and probably a lot more people shopping there. In addition, the pre-made food was old twice. It's not worth it. Sure, some of thier food is great but they have a reputation of how pricey they are..I drive to Brooklyn every week and get all my imports and cheeses for a fraction of the cost.

I am in here at least once a week and all food from prepared to pizza to sandwiches, etc. are absolutely delicious! The quality of everything is top notch, and personally, I don't mind paying their high prices because the quality is terrific.The reason I am giving 3 stars is because I feel the customer service is lacking. What I experienced today has happened to me at least 2 times before at this store and I decided to share this feedback. Between the pizza counter and the cold cut counter is a small area that has fresh hot prepared food. Today, I stood in front of this counter for more than 6 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone. People behind the counter were walking by and looking at me and yet no one said hello or asked if I needed help. What's even worse is that one of the manager's I see there all the time, (or at least I'm assuming he's some type of manager, as he has an ear piece in his ear and he's usually telling staff what to do, etc.) was standing right next to me, bullsh$%ting with someone he knew for about the same time that I was just standing there. This manager also reached behind the pizza counter and grabbed a piece of pizza for the friend he was talking to to eat. Finally, I went over to the pizza counter and asked if that gentleman could help me with the hot prepared food and he did. Like I said, today was not the first time I experienced this, but after today and seeing some unprofessional behavior from management, I felt the need to leave feedback. Thank you.
Catered for Christmas Eve pick-up. This place operates like a well oiled machine. Expecting to have to wait awhile to get my order when I pulled up … but this was not the case. The workers made it seem as if this is a small family operated business … meaning everyone cared and seemed to be happy to provide you with service. The number of staff working was amazing since all I hear is that businesses can’t find anyone to work. Maybe we should find out what Livoti’s secret is in attracting hard working customer focused employees. Well done!
This place has everything you need to make a dinner, or lunch. Big deli, large seafood area. Butcher has alot ready to go meats and fresh cuts of meats. All the staff are helpful and quick. Very large cheese area with a full time person working the area. Bakery always has fresh hot bread ready to go with all kinds of baked goods.
Terrible. Spoiled food they don’t refund!!!??????
