Absolutely delicious Chinese food! You can never go wrong at King’s. This is a small restaurant that’s been a staple in Freehold forever!!!! Way back in the day, it started as tiny take-out only; the authentic, fresh and divinely tasty dishes became so popular that customer demand warranted this tiny take out’s expansion to a small restaurant. This is a family owned business (one and the same owner from the very beginning) demonstrating tremendous pride in their business. One of the proprietors makes the daily commute to the Freehold restaurant from his home in Queens, NY. On his commute, he stops at New York’s fresh fish and seafood markets to pick up King’s catch of the day.
Great quality and and large portionsAlso bargain lunch menuEnjoy!
DELIGHTFUL PLACE.SERVICE, FOOD AND AMBIANCEBUT ESPECIALLY THE FOODThe best spare ribs I have ever had.
I had there boneless ribs and hot and sour soup. Amazing is all I can day! I'm going back to have lunch with a friend and to take out the boneless ribs and soup. So much better then any other Chinese restaurant bar none!
Great tasting Chinese food! Not greasy. They have the best sweet n spicy soup I ever tasted. Their food is much fresher n better tasting than most chinese places in Monmouth County
We have been going to this restaurant for over 20 years. My family enjoys everything on the menu! The staff is incredibly nice!!!
I showed up 40-45 minutes before closing but was told the kitchen was closed. The reason: it's Sunday. Yes, that was their reason. Posted hours were open until 9 PM. OK ... just don't expect me to re-visit.
Very nice restaurant. Takeout was hot fresh and delicious. Will return.
A really great Chinese restaurant. It can be hard to find good quality Chinese food. This is hands down one of the best Chinese restaurants!
I never ate here before but my friend got take out from here and got me a wonton soup. I heated the soup up and as I go to take my first taste, I see a fly’s head floating in my soup! I couldn’t believe it at first and I took it out to inspect it and it was a chopped up fly’s head. I was honestly disgusted. I understand it can happen but you know what I have been eating wonton soup alot of places in my life and never have I had that happen. I really hope this was an honest mistake and that their kitchen and back of house is clean. Maybe the health department needs to inspect them. I’m so disgusted. I never ordered from here before so I can’t speak on the taste of their food but I will never eat food from here again. Do yourself a favor and order from Sultan Wok in Englishtown, thats where I have been ordering for 12 years and never had anything happen like this.
