Very rude staff especially the one taking order. I accidentally went inside the store - I didn’t know there’s drive thru. The lady taking order made me realized my mistake.She was even mean to other younger staff as well.
Do not use mobile order . Put in an order around 745 and no one was there when I arrived. No one responded to the door. Said they close at 8 and it was a cup of coffee. Why not shut off the mobile service ? Where is the management at? Where was anyone? If a store closes to the public at eight I’d expect people there a half hour past closing . How is no one there but you took my money? Calling corporate on this francisee

i would never provide a negative review to any small business .. most of the time service is great when certain people are working but when they are not the drive through can be brutally slow. i wish i knew the name of the top people that are usually there in the am during the week .. they deserve praise! sometimes coffee is not hot enough.. that could be an improvement.
I have become increasingly disappointed with the service and the coffee. Tonight I went in there for decaffeinated coffee and when I got my order it tasted water down in about a half hour after finishing I started getting heart palpitations and I knew the coffee was not decaf this is not the first time it happened at the freehold location and I’m very disappointed normally I come in the service is great the coffee is spot on and it’s usually exactly what I want the people are normally perfect but whoever’s working the evening shift or not doing the right thing it’s very clear that they added water to the coffee thinking it will cut the caffeine and it doesn’t I am a very disappointing customer
Prompt service, and they made my order just as I it. They didn't burn the bagels and didn't load it up with cream cheese.

I'm definitely in the minority, but my wife and Daughters are Huge Dunkin Fans, so I thought I would go back and try a cup with a donut once again. I drink my coffee black and chose the Dunkin' Dark blend. It tasted as tasteless to me as their regular blend. The Dark blend is NOT a BOLD roasted coffee. But their donut was Delicious and Fresh! (Guess I was lucky to get there at a time when they were recently made)
I use this DD drive thru 5 days a week during my lunch break. They are the best in all of the Freehold, Jackson and Howell area. Service is fast, and orders are accurate. The employees I interact with are always smiling and friendly. Owner/manager at this location is doing it right.
Today was my second time visiting this Dunkin’ Donuts. The coffee is always good and the employees are always very friendly. Today when I pulled up to the ordering station an employee SANG “Good morning, good morning, good morning, I hope you’re feeling fine!” that never happens! Definitely brightened my morning! Thank you!
