at least at this place they got the order right! Tired for asking for no ice in my drink and it's loaded with ice with just a quarter of drinking product. (Not in this store)! Staff very friendly and cordial.
Never really one to go out of my way to leave a bad review but the guys working around 2:30 should definitely be put on different shifts, consumers waiting for orders that came 2nd to casual bs'ing and conversation behind the counter. I'd love to see how these guys work during an early morning rush lol. There's nothing wrong with chatting with with coworker boys but when you're completely ignoring your job... And to the dude hitting the vape pen while behind the counter lol come on bro.

Employee are friendly, donuts sold out fast and what was left was stale. My coffee was good.
Very Slow And Not The Friendliest. Ordered Avocado Toast And A Iced Coffee. After Waiting 5min I Asked Where Coffee Was And Toast The Gentleman Hands Me The Coffee And The 3 Other Guys Standing Around Asked A Young Lady Who Clearly Was Either Not Trained Or Inexperienced To Make The Toast. After Waiting Another 4 Min I Left. Called From Car To Speak To Manager And Of Course No Manager.
Hi, no politeness and interest in answering a question. One staff literally pointed Us to other staff and said something and had a smile when we sat across the counter. Moreover, just a regular cream and sugar coffee was so bad. I wish there was a rating below one. I prefer to talk to the franchise owner to explain.
Smallest donuts around how does this dunkin have smaller then others. No kidding same legth as lighter. Cant even be bothered to stir the coffee?
