Yesterday we had a Luau/Pool party at our new Toll RegencyFreehold Community .. we explained to Frank we had a very bad experience with a previous caterer and he promised us we would be pleased and not to worry. Well, we weren’t just pleased, we were excited and we all felt DAngelos far exceeded our expectations. The compliments kept flowing during the party… the service, setup and food was AMAZING!! Thank you Frank for an awesome job! We can’t wait to call you for our next event!!
We had a 4th of July party and got a bunch of food catered for the 1st time from here and our guests and myself and husband were so happy and satisfied!! The food was all amazing with a few things being the top favorites. (Eggplant rollitini was soooo good, penne and vodka was great, chicken Frances & pulled pork were perfect). They delivered and set up right on time and the service was simple from start to finish. They have plenty of all the extras and we were so so happy! Will definitely use again!

This store is an offshoot of Tuscany of Jackson which we frequented for years for its quality Italian foods. This is the same high quality food but more upscale with new and different twists to the same Italian ingredients like a puff pastry filled with ricotta and spinach or Anelli pasta with a buttery tasting tomato sauce, peas and ricotta - you wouldn't miss meat, eating this dish. There are so many other dishes I haven't tried yet. The difference between this and other local Italian markets is FRESH! Everything is proudly displayed and happily served by people who look like they enjoy what they are doing. Yes, you pay for good quality, but if you are looking for a treat, this is it!
Sandwiches are good, except that the roll was hard! Bakery items are okay, nothing special. The only issues I have is that they charged me CC surcharges which no other place does and prices on menu does not match the price I got charge for on the receipt for my sandwich, extra dollar.
My husband and I had Easter catered on Sunday and the food was all delicious! Everyone loved everything and we will definitely be using D'Angelo's again for our next party! The staff and owner were all extremely courteous too. Thanks D'Angelo's Italian Market for making our Easter so wonderful ??

This is the second time in two weeks we have used them for catering The food is amazing The sandwich platters are delicious ~ great variety The Caesar salad is awesome We also catered our Easter dinner everyone was asking where we got the food
We ordered catering for our sons 2nd birthday this past weekend & D’Angelos did a great job! Even the guy who delivered our food was awesome! He noticed I was pregnant chasing a two year old LOL and took those few extra steps to help me get everything together. The Maria Lisa hero was delicious.. bread was fresh! & the Chicken Cappricossa is a must… delicious the next day too! Excellent food. Excellent service. I called the poor girls about 5 times before our event, I’m so indecisive and they were so kind. Highly recommend. Very happy we found this place!
Great food! Nice people. But, too bad the older counter help isn't. Mad when wanted to order because he was too busy wrapping the food to close. By the way it was 20 minutes til closing. When asked what was in the farro salad, the older man replied "How the hell should I know." After working a long day and just wanting to stop in to pick up a delicious dinner, you encounter rude help. I'll go back because everyone else is nice and the food is delicious, but he will never serve me again.
