June 2022 - Doing Better Freehold! I have to say the last three times I picked up Take-Out from the Freehold - Chipotle (typically between 7-8pm during the weeknight, the order was ready as promised, food was fresh and nothing was left out - they even remembered to include the chips each time! :) :) Also, the garbage inside the restaurant was not overflowing and you can tell people inside the restaurant were just happy be there! Great job!
I think it is safe to say, I will not be back. I came to this chipotle. I received my order and left. I opened the bag later and saw that the steak burrito was missing, even though we paid for it. One of my family members had less food because of this. We tried to call but we could not reach an employee. Needless to say, we are disappointed with this service. If you even want to use this service, at least check the bag to make sure that the items are not there.
This location can never seem to get an order right. It isn’t even about missing ingredients, it’s just not even remotely close to what we ordered and always comes out a mess. We often wait over an hour for our order to arrive cold, incorrect, missing items and/or looking terrible. Every time I’ve been to this location there is always plenty of workers + a manager on duty, so I don’t know how they can continuously mess up this bad with so many people working. Other locations I have been to have 1 person on register and 1 working the food line and haven’t had any of these issues. Not sure if this is a training issue or just lack of awareness but it certainly needs to be addressed by management.
This Chipotle has disappointed time and time again. I decided to give it ONE more try today for lunch; putting it nicely, it was horrendous. The ENTIRE dish was freezing cold. The chicken had zero taste and I ordered double and they gave me 1/2 a scoop. The guac was half brown in my bowl. I have seen it FIRST HAND inside the location, the food is never refilled fresh. This place is lacking employees BIG time, they are understaffed by about 3-4 people during all key hours (lunch and dinner). It is time the franchise manager/owner of this location does something. A sad excuse for a top notch QSR chain.
Mid-afternoon visits can be tricky. The mad rush of lunchtime is over, the bins are often low with less than fresh items and the staff can be burned out from the earlier madness.Managed to put together my salad with decent success hence the 4 star rating...sorry no pictures this time.
Horrible, will never come back!!! Food taste cold, kids who work here terrible, foods are empty, did not refill them and told was out. Tables are messy and dirty. Don't know how the health department lets them passed the inspection!! Terrible. Never see this before.
Tonight I proceeded to order dinner for myself and two other people tonight. When I went to go and pickup my order, I realized that I was missing my chips and guacamole. I then realized that yet again, this location had ran out. So I go up to the cashier and ask her if she can refund me because my order didn’t have the chips and guacamole and they clearly didn’t have any to give me. She looks at me dumbfounded and proceeded to go and get her manager. He told me to go and fill out the customer support survey and then just walked away. When I asked him about the refund he just ignored me. I understand that right now there are heavy delays on food shipments, but he did not handle the situation well at all. It’s principle that I just paid money for something and there was no communication between the store and me informing of not having what I had ordered. I hope that this issue can be resolved, thank you for your time.
Not one to complain at all. Girl taking order trying to go so fast and like the customers are a bother. Went to check out after food is done. Cashier says only credit card then there’s no straw for drink. Place is dirty also a learning experience.
The Chipotle restaurant located on Main Street, Freehold, NJ is always filthy. The floor and tables are always littered with garbage, food droppings, napkins or spilled drinks.I love Chipotle’s food. I think it serves heathy menu. I often visit other Chipotle restaurants, and they are very clean. Chipotle, management need to pay attention to this Freehold, New Jersey restaurant for cleanliness, otherwise, it will ruin their reputation
What an awful experience at this place. I got two chicken bowls and they were out of cheese, sour cream and fajitas. I was ok with that as long as I got enough of the rest. I asked for the lettuce and tomatoe salsa on the side, they gave not even enough for one bowl let alone for two. I could literally count the beans and pieces of chicken on the bowls. It Is like if I only ordered rice with a sprinkle of beans, chicken, lettuce, and pico de gallo. Never ordering from this place again.
