A constant disappointment. The restaurant is always empty and I’m understanding why. Things are not clean. If you want to me grossed out, take a clean towel and wipe down one of those kiosks the have at every table and you are required to use to pay! You can see the grunge and slime on these things! The food was sub par and my chicken sandwich had a big (25%) chunk that was not edible. I couldn’t cut it with a knife! The floors were dirty with crumbs and trash. The staff seems very under motivated. We will not be back again as we are giving up after several years of declining performance.

This location used to be good. The steak fajitas used to be awesome. Today the steak was plentiful on the plate but not chewable. It was disgusting. 3 people ordered the steak fajitas. All 3 barely ate it. The walls had dirt and drippings spilled all over it. The salsa was completely watered down. Very disappointing that they are trying to save a buck by buying junk meat. Bad business!!
Say at the bar to avoid waiting for a table for 2. Basically took forever to get served at the bar. Have the full on order given to them right away without having them to wait for me to pick and order. Didn’t even need a menu 45 mins go by and the waiter asks if I want dessert or just the check and I look at him and ask where’s our main dinner? “Oh right let me go check on it…” then comes back and says “sorry the system is down and didn’t process the request…” like seriously ? I ended up wasting more time here than anything meanwhile I have places to be with a set time… unbelievable
Overall a well maintained and clean restaurant. Back to chilli's after a while since Covid times. They have limited seating reservations to counter social distancing and staff shortage i believe. We had to wait a while to get seated although there were a lot of open tables. One negative side is how long we had to wait for things to get delivered after having ordered, so probably will expect to spend more time that you would think. We were charged for something my toddler clicked on the tablet but didn't even play any games. Food was good though and we enjoyed the time there.
Sat at the bar which was filthy!! Didn't know if we should sit at a table since most of them were dirty and not bussed. Food was good and the staff was very nice but sat next to dirty dishes and glasses for over an hour and we were the only 2 there. Actually saw the bartender wipe my wife's wine glass with his "shirt". Are you u kidding me!! Wouldn't be a bad restaurant if the staff cleaned something. Gotta blame lack of Management. Won't be going back.
This was one of our favorite Chili’s. Kids always liked coming here. Well over $100 each visit. Manager had a bad attitude! He was forcing our party of 6 into a very cramped situation. Not a busy time period and one large table very close by. Very easy to let us sit there, but he refused. No excuse. Slow period, why compact us in like that. Time to search for another career path?
My family and I , had the WORST experience ever .. The manager that was on for the night was jackie( 3-4-2022).The young lady at the front , told me , it would be a 30 minute wait. Ok granted 30 minutes we wait. A couple of young men walks in approximately 6 , exactly 12 minutes after my family and I. The young lady at the front told them 30 minutes wait also. She's flirting with them, tells one of the guys from the group, give me a few minutes. Bam a table open for them, she proceeded to tell me you didn't register, young lady you guys sent me a text. Problem solved my family and I exit out the restaurant .. I have an idea of why we were overlooked. Thanks Chili's of freehold, N.J..

A few dishes are surprisingly good including the chicken, hamburger, cole slaw, chili, and the cheesecake. Easy app to order from. Friendly staff.
