Somebody has to tell the “workers” that the people that come here to eat have a schedule to keep, work, appointments, etc.I love chic fillet, but I can not be waiting 20/25 minutes for an order and the it’s for someone else. The food is good but it can not be enjoyed if I only have 15 minutes left to eat.I understand that it’s hard to find good and effective employees, but we all have the same problem.How come kids are so fast playing video games, but when it comes to doing something productive, right away they turn brain dead?How come???
I do not recommend this location I ate here yesterday at 7:30 PM and ordered a Southwest grilled chicken salad and a chicken cool wrap I woke up at 4 AM and had to rush to the emergency room due to severe food poisoning. I’m writing this at 8 PM because I was just sent home from the emergency room I called the manager to alert her of the situation so she can prevent this issue in the future and she hung up on my face being that this is a new location you would think they would be clean and well managed they are not …. Go to the location in the mall or go to Taco Bell next door they are not handling their establishment well if I could rate 0 I would
Give this place all the stars. I only been to this location once, but the customer service beats every other location. I give this place extra more appreciation for the way the cashier was patient. The breakfast came out hot, the food was great, and I would definitely go back to THIS location. To top it off, the inside of the place is so fancy like. Really like how wide and spaced out the seating is. So shoutout to this place for having respectful workers, great food, and for having me think about the great service weeks later.
UPDATE: They have made drastic improvements when it comes to making orders correctly. ALSO, IF YOU HAVEN’T TRIED THEIR BREAKFAST, YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE MISSING. IT IS DELICIOUS!!!Previous review: Beyond disappointing. I paid $36.53(with tip) for my DoorDash delivery. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich(not deluxe), an 8 piece chicken nugget, a small fry, a medium mac and cheese, 1 large soda, and 2 brownies. The sandwich had 1 pickle and they did not give me mayonnaise on the side, as I requested. The mac and cheese was small and half full instead of medium size. They did not give me the chick-fil-a sauce I ordered for the nuggets. The brownies were stale. The Howell location is far superior.
I have ordered from here a couple times and unfortunately this time was not the best visit. The mac and cheese is one of my favorites from here. While I was in the drive thru, they waited until after they already charged me to tell me they are out of mac and cheese. When I asked for a refund on it, it was almost like I was bothering them or it was my fault meanwhile you guys made the mistake… The customer service was definitely lacking.
This new location just opened up right next to one of our favorite Asian restaurants, so we decided to check it out. Just like the other locations, this franchise has it all: great customer service and amazing food. Their new cloudberry (or some other name) drink was excellent and our order came with all of the sauces we requested. I'm super happy there's a closer location to us now!
We recently catered a graduation party from this Chick-fil-A. We ordered the large nugget tray and two sandwich trays. It was a seamless and smooth operation! The food was devoured, and we probably could’ve finished two of the large nugget trays! I highly recommend this store & am grateful for an easy transaction! Great communication too!
Finally was able to come inside today. Was told this location doesn’t have cheese sauce. Are the same people from Howell running this one too? Everywhere else has it but these locations. Why take something away that people like?
Amazing food and awesome people but the drive thru is decently slow (I even had a mobile order placed 20 min in advance). I’m not mad, just wouldn’t recommend if you have a short lunch time.
Stopped for lunch today, line wasn't too bad and employees were all very nice and helpful. Food came out quick and was just as ordered and fresh. Overall a great experience, never returning.
