Burger King on Route 9 in Freehold the worst Burger King I've ever had food at seemed like there was only two employee for the entire store and a lot of them spoke proper English our food was cold it took no exaggeration almost 7 minutes to order our food cuz you could not understand or hear the employee that was taking the order when you got to the window he was doing the drive-up he was bagging food and going to the back to get food terrible place the food was horrible it was cold It tasted nasty I I gave my three because there was two gentlemen in there that were trying hard but I would highly recommend not going there
fries were stale and not that hot like they were sitting there for some time under the heat lamp and order wasn't even made right I know everyone understaffed but try and not cook so far ahead and get the orders right
Food was ice cold and the impossible whopper I had tasted like someone microwaved it instead of grilled it. My bun was absolutely stale, it fell apart as I picked it up, so there is no doubt in my mind that it was sitting on a shelf for more than it should have. Worst BK ever, definitely gonna regret eating here in a few hours.
Ordered a chicken sandwich to go… not sure what this is? Disgusting!!!! Are you trying to poison people because this is NOT IT UGH EW!!
This Burger location on Schank rd is THE WORST run location I’ve ever been to…out of any fast food restaurant.If you like waiting on a drive thru line at a fast food place for 40plus minutes….this is your spot.Just close already.
*IF YOU LOOKING FOR ICE CREAM THEY DONT HAVE* I been 40 minutes in drive thru to get an ice cream ? the tell machine doesn't work its been like that around more than a yearI asked them they told me the don't know nothing about. is sad because #burgerkingHave really good ice cream and milkshakes
Double check your order!!! Always wrong! Weird right?I paid 30$ received food for 25$. That 5$ they put in pocket. Stop that guys
We had to wait for 30 minutes and the food was cold, the burger buns were soggy and the lettuce was slimy! Shame on you, BK ??
I try to not write bad reviews, and always try to give multiple chances. After coming here for years and i can say this is the WORST run BK location i’ve ever been to. Sad excuse for a “fast food” place. Every night you go there when they should close at 12, they say around 10pm the credit card machine is broken or they’re flat out closed. When you ask why, you get a terrible rude response back. Doesn’t help the fact the night crew regularly looks under the influence. I’d like a free chicken sandwich
