They've forgotten the chips the last 2 times I've ordered here. Don't have enough time in my lunch break to go back and get them every time they forget. Will probably not order here again.
Food was alright but my bowl was so small ordered a single steak got like 4/5 pieces of steaks. Ordered an empanada it was good but it was apple and I asked for beef. Crew was very disorganized. And there was like 5 people working there and is should have been more organized.
We were there for the second time today, took chicken burrito bowls for the family for dinner. At 6:30 PM they were running short on basic things like rice, lattice, guacamole. What I got in my bowl was scratched rice from the base, I asked the person making my bowl thrice to refill but he purposefully ignored me. Very rude staff totally lack basic courtesy. Ordered fries he got them for the kitchen in about 5 mins but made me wait for another 10 when I asked him are fires ready he said NO. And then after 10 mins game me the same box..Don’t know who owns this place but surely they don’t want to do business here .. this one is absolutely out of my list ..Mediocre food served by horrible staff.
The entire staff including the manager are extremely unprofessional. I walked into the establishment and not a word from anyone. I was never acknowledged after 6 minutes of standing around and being skipped by 3 other customers walked in after me can I help you only to be told it’s going to be 15 minutes. The place was filthy and I’m sure the food is horrible. Go the other way! They don’t care about customers!!! In fact the manager acts like he hates the customers.
Online they claim to have Vegan options. The veggie patty is the only source of protein that sounds vegan but it contains dairy and eggs... not much of a veggie patty. After that I left. "NOT VEGAN" friendly. Other then that the space was clean and tidy and the staff was nice.
HORRIBLE SERVICE ALERT ? Only come here if you have 30 mins to kill waiting in line. This place obviously needs to hire more staff. There was only 2 guys working the front and maybe 2 in the back. Also, the manager was very rude and did not give proper attention to customers. Go to the Bubbakoos in Jackson ??
Employees don’t know how to read. I ordered a burrito and got a burrito bowl. See attached photo. Food was cold including the queso.It’s really not hard to read and to put things on a tortilla. Out of all of the Bubbakoo’s locations that I have been to, only one location has provided great service without any mistakes and that was in Monroe.I really hope this location isn’t owned by the same guy that owns the Spotswood location because that would will be a disaster for the company. Bubbakoo’s really needs to implement a system where corporate constantly checks on the quality of service and food being provided to customers.I have never consistently encountered these kinds of mistakes at any other franchise. Really goes to show the lack of attention being paid to providing a good service instead of focusing on opening new locations.Simply put, Bubbakoo’s future doesn’t seem too promising.
Horrible experience with a young manager that acted like a dictator. I will, NEVER, return. This young punk needs some serious training in customer relations. This coming from a former restaurant manager trained by General Mills.
Tons of options, friendly staff, and delicious foodI personally really enjoy their Nashville hot burrito added with sour cream and pickles. they are constantly pushing the envelope for fast food style Mexican cuisine and I personally think they nail it each time. Next time you're craving Moe's or Chipotle, consider Bubbakoos instead.
Good food great price. Not the cleanest fast food place but with cafeteria Qdoba/Chipotle style choose your own ingredients that is to be expected. Bubakoos is current my favorite of the 3. Friendly staff.
