The “Manager”, who refused to provide any name. Was super rude and disrespectful and didn’t provide any type of customer service. Refused to let me use my gift card for the location and demanded that I use another payment type. Y’all need to find a better person to run your store

I stood in front of the counter to place an order, and no one moved. A African American guy with a bucket hat saw me standing there and did not ask me what I would like to order, he just played with a device on the register then he proceeded to walk away to the oven. Also there were two other employees there who just stood there talking. I walk away because that was really rude but then not even a second later some one else comes over and they immediately take their order. Horrible, Auntie Anne’s RaceWay Mall!

I love the cinnamon pretzel bites! Great place to stop at on the way to Seaside Heights.

Terrible customer service. I was in line behind 1 couple. With 5 people on shift, I shouldn’t have had to wait in a line. Once the couple in front of me left, the cashier began to engage in conversation with the other four workers completely ignoring me so I left and went to Cinnabon right next store. Will never go here again.

I had a hankering for a regular salted auntie Anne’s pretzel with cheese sauce around noon today. I ask the woman behind the counter for the same. She replies, “we’re out”. I sincerely thought she was joking, smiled and asked again. She replied with a snap back attitude, “I just sold the last one. I’m the only one here. We’re out.” HOW DOES AUNTIE ANNES RUN OUT OF THE ORIGINAL PRETZEL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY?! Careless inept employees...that’s how...

Literally every time I come to either stand, no matter the time, they're always out of mini dog pretzel nuggets. They're always saying a 20 minute wait but haven't even started making them. It all screams poor management. Wish I could give negative stars. The place can't even keep cinnamon nuggets in stock either. It's a sad joke of what auntie Anne's use to be...
