Met up with friends. We all ordered off the specials menu which includes soup or salad, entree and dessert. I had matz5ho ball noodle soup, broiled scrod on spinach with garlic, and bread pudding. Portions were very generous and the food was delicious. I had to take some home. The take-out container seemed flimsy and plastic bags aren't available for take home, but are used for pick up orders. Paper bags were available. Cost with tax and 20% tip (no beverage) was $30.00.
I was out to dinner with friends last night and had a wonderful dinner… not because of the food or atmosphere, although it was very good… but because of our server!!! George was awesome! He was cheerful and witty, he talked about his passion for his job and dreams of his future. He was very busy, but also took the time to be friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to meet you George. I’ll go back just to see you again! With everything going on in industry and the lack of help, I hope the ownership realizes the gem they have in this employee.
My friend was having his car serviced at the Mazda dealer across the way, so I picked him up and had lunch here at his suggestion. He has been here many times before and thought I would enjoy the food. This was my first time here, and I was impressed by how attractive the diner is. We were greeted immediately, and escorted to our booth. Our server was very pleasant and efficient. We both had the lunch special of soup, tuna melt with fries, and rice pudding. The food was tasty and very filling. I was not disappointed.
New Jerset is noted for its many diners. Matter of fact New Jersey is the number one state for its diners. All Seasons Diner Ii is on route 9 north. The Greek diner is family owned and is a large restaurant with three section of dining. We sat at the booth section across the counter bar. It was lunch time but, wanted breakfast. We had your typical breakfast; eggs over easy, sausage, Home fries and buttered toast with a cup of unlimited coffee. We also had thick french toast with a side of scrambled eggs. Food was taste and service was timely and attentive. Their hours of operation are almost 24 but, more like 20. They have their own parking lot with plenty of spaces. Easy access on and off route 9. Prices are average diner prices.
This is a classic New Jersey diner.Everything and anything you could imagine eating.Waitress with an attitude. Good, quality food that comes surprisingly fast.Guys sitting around a table who look like they are in the Sopranos, and some of the best desserts you can eat. This place is HUGE. Big groups are welcome. I visit every time I’m in NJ.
Tried the diner yesterday and was led to a table. I had the audacity to ask if we could have a booth. I was told take a small one seats 2. I asked for a larger both available on the other side. No response! Rude escort to the table and asked for a medium rare burger.Came well done! Won't ever return to this place.
This is the first bad review that i ever wasted my energy writing but i couldn’t get over how horrible the manager or owner was treating his staff. It was heartbreaking. Our waitress was so sweet and so was the other staff. You could tell they were walking on eggshells around the manager/owner. The whole time we were there he was yelling at staff, putting them down, and demeaning them. Disgusting. I will never go here again solely on how they treat their staff.
Been here a number of times, never disappointed. But lately there is a lack of interest attitude to the place and the food. Vegetables an afterthought, overcooked and bland. Zucchini sticks soggy and greasy.. Service a bit slow. Quality and service has dropped off while prices increased.
Great NJ Diner! Extensive menu with something for everyone! Food & service are always spot on. Salad bar always has a nice variety & it’s clean. (No more salad bar because of COVID restrictions) I love that the Chicken Atimo is consistent no matter what time I visit! Gyros are also amazing! Great portions & prices. I’ve never had a bad meal or dessert here. Peak hours are loud with a little bit of a wait, but what do you expect from a hopping diner! I like that there’s always at least 1 owner on site which I’ve always found to be friendly. Highly recommend.Update: We visited recently (1 1/2 yrs into Covid pandemic & they're just as friendly, and the food was amazing as usual!! Our service was friendly & quick. The only downside & it's because of Covid rules, is that the salad bar is no more. I'm assuming it's like this all over. We have been back time & time again & it's ALWAYS great! All Seasons Diner II in Freehold, NJ never disappoints! Try them.ps. If you found my review helpful, please be sure to click on the thumbs up & like this post. Thanks :)
We had a great experience at the diner for lunch today! Joanne was a phenomenal server, anticipated our every need and went above and beyond. The food was very fresh and came out so quickly. We will definitely be returning sometime soon!
