Very rude people, they told me that they don't force people to come and buy their food,and started yelling when I questioned about improving customer service and hygiene. I don't know who handles the affairs of these fake food vendors. I couldn't even eat the food.i had to discard it.
The food was very good and the owners stayed open a little later and waited until I got there to pick up my food...i was very thankful for that because I was so very hungry.....
The lady who picked up the phone today on 2/11/22 at 4:30pm was VERY RUDE! Was a loyal customer but will no longer be ordering from there anymore! Disgusted!
The food is good I never had no complaints
I placed my order and noticed that none of the employees were adhering to proper food handling let alone COVID-19 precautions in handling food. None of the employees wore gloves and the woman who took my order was tending to the back as well. I saw her open a refrigerator and remove 3 egg rolls with her bare hand. She was handling money and touch everySurface in the establishment and not once did I see her wash her hands. Disgusting cross-contamination and the spread of germs
Horrible!!! Wish I could give zero stars! Shrimp mushy, spare ribs raw, rice hard, soup cold.Disgusting!!!Never again! Save your money by eating at home or go somewhere else!
I got the college student special and it was great! Delivery took about 40 min but it was awesome and they were nice!
I just called today on 8/20/21 to place an order for delivery and whoever the lady is that taking orders is very very rude. I didn’t understand what she was saying and I was confused about the menu and prices she was giving me and she just started yelling at me.I’m never ordering from there again I want to go there in person and let her have it! Poor Customer service
