This location just has careless employees. My order was messed up 4 times by now in the span of a few months this year. I order a vanilla frostyccino and each time i end up with a chocolate frostyccino. The bottles they pour our the frosty creamer from are even labeled separately and they still mess it up. You can see from my pictures that i clearly got a chocolate one. I ordered a vanilla frostyccino both times however.
ALWAYS a hit or miss. Unfortunately the staff just does not speak english well which leads to the order being wrong..OFTEN. I will say no cheese 5 times at the speaker and still get a sandwich covered in cheese. Then you get an attitude when you tell them its wrong. When I told them what was wrong, they gave me another wrong sandwich. I do not discriminate, its just inconvenient for fast food. Otherwise the fries are always hot and fresh, same with the food.
This place used to be great, but recently they mess up every single order as well as take forever to get your order out to you.Tonight was the final straw. I had not only 1, but 5 hairs on the bun of my burger. Done with this place.Go to a local diner, it's the same price nowadays.
Terrible experience, I was asking for a large spicy chicken meal with large chili and the lady say I can't make bigger the meal... I told her I always ask for that and she said we are busy you only can ask for small fries... you shouldn't be hiring people that don't want to do their job and feel entitled to treat a customer that way... to bad losing a loyal customer ?
Food is great. Drive thru lane can be very long at times
If you go there for pick up even though you order it online 30 mins ago you have to use drive through and wait in long queue.If you ask them by knocking the door, they will look at you but won't help you.Worst Wendy's I have ever seen in whole new jersey.
Stopped by last week for a lunch on our way to our next transport. The place is clean and the food is affordable. My only concern was the lobby location was closed
Food is usually ready for u by the time you get to the last window. Late night team is friendly and quick
They keep locking the doors and don’t let anyone know, including delivery people. They don’t even put a sign. Once I walked in and an employee looked at me and said “Damn, I forgot to lock the doors.” Well, if you are only gonna serve drive up, make it clear. They sometimes lock it, sometimes don’t. You can never plan something bc you never know if they locked the doors. I gave up and not even ordering delivery from there anymore. Bc it takes two hours to get the food. Worse Wendy’s I have ever been to.
Well trafficked, brisk service. Situated conveniently between two U-turns on a busy section of road, never a problem getting in or out.They can and do get backed up a bit at mid day, but otherwise I've never had any complaints.
