Nice staff. Order was correct. Only complaint : Mobile order wasn’t ready for 10 minutes after order was projected to be complete.
I often get a grande decaf iced cafe mocha with a shot of toffee nut syrup in the summer. At this particular location, it was just not the best I ever had. I really didn't taste much of the toffee nut syrup at all and for $6+, I think it should be perfect.
Asked for a pike light and sweet, and the coffee was ice cold. Staff offered to make a new one, but gave me a black coffee. Umm ok. What do I say about that?
The drive thru line was painfully slow with a terribly designed parking lot. Drinks were spot on though.

I'm from out of town and stopped in to take advantage of my birthday perks. I loved the customer service and the girl at the window found a sharpie and wrote "Happy B-day ❤" on the top of my cup. Sooo sweet! I'll never forget it :)
Literally the most unprofessional place I have ever been to for coffee or even a chai. I have never seen such ridiculous behavior with workers before, and the way they dress is absolutely uncalled for. I hate this place.
