It took 12 minutes to receive a mango dragonfruit refresher with lemonade (iced tea and lemonade) from placing my order at the register to hearing my order called out. Additionally, one of the workers was clearly sick and constantly sniffling. They obviously should not be working as who wants their drink made by the bare hands of someone who audibly isn’t feeling well? Worst of all the manager or shift manager, Mark, spent most of this time “observing” his team rather than helping them when they were clearly struggling. After this observation he decided to criticize them by saying they need to learn from their mistakes. Very poor management, definitely not appropriate leadership. The location used to be great but it seems those days are in the past
Nice, upscalish shopping center with a wide variety of shops and restaurants. As it hosts the closest Starbucks to our home we see it a lot. It's come through the pandemic mostly untouched, although it did lose a couple favorite places of ours.
they’ll make 500 peoples orders that come after yours even though you made yours 30 minutes ago. you ask them how much longer and they basically say “not my problem”
Service was great, area clean and they were well staffed, received our order quickly. Not too packed around lunchtime.
Was overcharged for my order and they arbitrarily put sugar in things when you don’t ask for it — even when I ordered a “black coffee.”
This location in Somerset used to be great, with stellar staff, excellent customer service, and attentive baristas. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill in the past several years. Perhaps that's one reason why they've had to severely reduce hours.
Lattes were delicious and piping hot. Not too long of a wait.
Apparently today the store closes at 1 PM. I guess due to shortage of staff. When I went up to the front door it was locked and there was a person there that clearly saw me we made eye contact and I made a gesture asking her if the store is closed. Instead of acknowledging me she turned her head around and kept on mopping. Some human decency would’ve just acknowledged my request and just say the store is closed or what not. This is unprofessional this is inhumane
I went and ordered 2 white chocolate mochas and 2 pastries from this location. Everyone was very nice and polite. When I got home I was going to stir the coffees and found that each was only slight more than half full.
I have not been here in over 1 1/2 yrs due to the pandemic, but I thought they were slow in service. There were alot of people waiting for their orders. It looked like there was only one young man handling the called in orders and the in person orders. Nor until waiting 10 Minutes I did see a young lady helping . It was about 1:30 pm I was surprised with the back up.
