The employees are fantastic. Friendly service with a smile. Never been any issues with any of the employees from the day they opened.I cannot say the same for the food. Unless something changed in the past year or so. Either I've only had soggy buns or stale buns. Anyone can make a better hot dog or hamburger at home. The soft serve Ice Cream is fine.. I mean, you really can't mess that up. I've had a few shakes but, meh. I really wanted to like this place. But I can't see me eating from here again any time soon.
I went to Sonic for a crispy chicken sandwich and got chicken nuggets and fries instead. I took it back to get the chicken sandwich and I got a miniature chicken on the sandwich! I spent $8.31 on that sandwich! Their food is sloppily made! And they never have strawberry blasts! They even gave moldy bread/buns! This place is terrible and should be put out of business!!
I love the food! Drive thru service is pretty quick.
Food orders are Always accurate and they never miss a beat.One of my favorites is the crispy chicken sandwich combo (#10). You can never go wrong with that one.
The drive thru guy was very helpful and kind. I usually have great experience here.

Drive thru can be godlessly slow. Whenever I drive up to the mic I always wait to hear that dreaded “just one sec” which means I’ll wait there for like five minutes. Get it together.
Don't waste your time with this place. The food is always cold and soggy. They also always seem to be out of any menu item that may require more than 30 seconds of preparation.
The most garbage place I've ever seen the didn't give me half our order , and then when I went back WITH MY receipt , not even 1 minute later they told me they had no record in their register of my purchase. Then they made me buy the items they forgot . Despicable
If I could give ZERO stars, I WOULD!!!This experience was by far the WORST of all my fast food encounters; EVER!!!For starters, I waited 20 minutes, after pushing red button, to place my order. After placing order, I waited 40 minutes before I pushed the button AGAIN to see what the hold up with my order was. After waiting that long, someone responded, "we are coming out with your food now."Only to wait another 20 minutes before I rang the red bell AGAIN!!Someone responded with " I'm sorry, we are closed". I said how are you closed and I ordered and paid for my good already!?After another 10 minutes, I went to the door. They tried to give me at least 3 orders that weren't mine. Finally, after waiting in the pouring rain for another 10 minutes, they bring my order out.HOWEVER; it was HORRIBLE! It was mostly wrong, and Every last item was cold as if it were sitting for at least an hour! I couldn't even take it back inside because at this point, they were closed.Lastly, the manager was AWFUL in assisting to find a resolution as to what happened to my food!!!Finally I'm not even hungry anymore because I am past livid!!I NEVER thought I'd say this, but before I go to this place again, I will go to bed hungry!!!!!
