I had Garden Bar entered 2 or 3 times..Queso chips and Spinach artichoke a few times and everything was alright. The Mozzy sticks were bit soft n they could have been crispier. But I interacted with folks from different shifts on different days and they were all always nice. I mostly only did take out but still I had a good experience... except for Mozzarella sticks.
I was saddened when they closed all the locations in New York. Ruby's was my most favorite place to eat. Their food was delicious. I was visiting NJ and finally got a chance to find a Ruby's that was open . Soooooo disappointed ? the food was trash. Microwave at its best. Ruby's should just go out of business altogether. What they serve you now is NOT the food they served before.
This is my first visit since way before Covid. Their menu had deteriorated leaving few good tasty choices. Sorry to say that it isn’t much better. The sauce they’ve paired with their Coconut shrimp totally hid the he taste of coconut. The Crisp Chicken pasta was okay but nothing to come back for. The best part was the service from the bartender Jesse.
they have shortage of help all the time the Tex Mex menu has to get better it doesn't taste right
Walked in tonight and the place was empty. The hostess was eating and seemed like he did not want to be bothered. After a while acknowledged us with an attitude asking us if we needed kids menu when it was clear we had kids with us! Poor customer service.
The workers here were really nice and I enjoyed my takeout of cheddar chips and Queso!
This establishment left little to be desired...we had a waitress that had an attitude and it looked like she did not want to be there.The manager that seated our party was outside smoking and blew his nose with no tissues or napkins and he came back in a sat our party he did not wash his hands or attempt to sanitize his hands either.Food was fair one of our appetizers had to go back it came out cold and since it was part of the salad bar/soup combo you would think it would have been hot and the party that had this combo was not offered an additional soup once her first reheated soup was finished.
Overwhelmed and understaffed. The waiter I had serving me at the bar was awesome . Huge hustler. One of the employees was an embarasment as he did nothing but watch sports on his phone and worked when reminded by the hard working manager.
Couldn't be worse. Dont waste your money. The food was terrible, portions were tiny, and the service was horrible. Never again!
I thought the salad bar at 5.99 was a little overpriced when the meals are expensive. The salad bar should be included and when they're short-staffed or it's late the salad bar should be free or half price so I was kind of disappointed the salad bar was lacking and they never filled it up.
