In store dining is great. Delivery is an entirely different story. Every single time I order from Moe's there is an issue with my delivery. The bigger issue is when I call Moe's to find out status or notify them of an issue with the order, they defer to Door Dash. Then, I call Door Dash and they blame it on Moe's.....Just for reference, I am ordering directly from the Moe's website and receiving an email confirmation with my order from Moe's...why then do they direct me to DoorDash when I have an issue? Stop blaming Door Dash!
My first time visiting this location. Extremely poor customer service skills per my first impression. I was disappointed to not have had the pleasure of ordering a meal.
1st visit to this location. The parking lot had amble spaces. The business was not crowded. My burrito was good and adequately stuffed lol i also got a cup of queso and chips with my burrito. They salsa bar was open. This location had an ice cream bar which I've never see in Moe's before. I'm from Al/Ga and we dont have this. They offered cups/cones and sundaes...even had a toppings bar at the end of the counter. They offer drins via coke fountain and also water, drinks in bottles also some alcoholic beverages.
Changing my rating and putting more of a review. Its just okay but from a chain it is pretty much what you would expect. Cilantro lime rice is pretty good. Also very annoyed to get monday special you have to use the app only.
Moe's offers Tex-Mex staples that are assembled to order. You pick the dish, the protein and toppings. The staff is always ready to serve, usually cheerful. Prices very reasonable. My husband always gets a rice bowl with ground beef - easy for him to eat with Parkinson's and bad teeth. I like quesadilla or tacos with Adobo chicken. We have ordered the meal kits a couple times when our daughter brought over her 7 children. Those were a big hit and were generously portioned. Located in Cedar Grove Center, you can dine in or take-out.
Ordered a chicken bowl to go. Taste is good. Totally ruined by the rice (cilantro). The rice had many hardened grains, many in each mouthful, like from rice that lost it moisture from on the counter for too long... not a returning customer.
Terrible place - food was gross and I got so very sick . Asked for a refund they refused, but finally after many attempts I got my money back. Never going back there !
Food quality was very good. Staff was friendly and efficient. Would recommend going to this store.
Got a quesadilla & I basically got uncooked rice and hard pinto beans (a lot), also like 4 pieces of chicken. The girl at the register super rude about it because I’m paying for edible food not clay. Don’t try to argue with a customer about uncooked food! Maybe learn how to cook properly. Smh last time I ever order from here.
Got take out last night- two burritos. The rice was basically raw, and the person preparing them had her mask on her chin with her nose running… they also had the salsas all out without covers and fruit flies congregating in them. Would not here again.
