Can somebody confirm with me if this place is even open anymore? I have tried to order from them on and off for the last three weeks it says they’re open every time I place an order on a delivery site it gets canceled. I call leave messages send emails to confirm what their actual hours are and I never get a response. This is very disappointing I’ve been going there for years for them to have such a lack of caring about their customers I won’t be going back.
I've been coming to this place since 2005 (when the very nice Chinese lady owned it), always had amazing food, quality and excellent customer service. Last year I was in town, hadn't been there in a while so I stopped by get my usual Q5 order...I know these are bad times but jeez where's the beef? ??? I gave them a break. Ever since then I've randomly stopped by and THEY ARE CLOSED. Like today! Not sure what's going on but I miss the old LCD.
I would give it -5 stars if I could. I don’t even know where the high ratings came from! Worst Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been. The photos are from the vegetable soup (just carrots, onions and celery) and enchilada… I couldn't even eat it… tasted like frozen food warmed up in the microwave.The star is for the guy in the front, good costumer service.!
Absolutely great service! Gentle man at front treated us nicely and took care of me and my hubby food nicely. We were short of time and he made all good quickly for us?
Was very surprised with this Mexican place. Everything is fresh, clean, and definitely NOT skimpy on the portions or fillings. When you order shrimp or steak, there is plenty added. Highly recommended.! Five star from me!
La casa de tortilla… where do I begin? Okay 10/10 in regards to the food and service. They’re so good, I happen to love the burritos and the wings. The tostada salad is my kryptonite and keeps me coming back to this place . I don’t know what they put in the house dressing but I’m pretty sure it has gold in it . It is family owned and they are all so polite and friendly. However I must express my grievances, la casa …. Why do you claim you are open online when you are indeed not ? I cried today, the rain washed away my tears as i stood outside your closed doors because I really looked forward to a tostada salad . I know you guys are aware how good that salad is ? why give me false hope? I love y’all, I just want you to make a schedule online that’s true to your work hours.
This place is legit! Tried the chicken taco and steak burrito and hot wings. Everything was excellent! Service was great too even though it was a pickup order! Found a new regular spot!
Hard to order food when no one picks up the phone. Drive there to order in person and the place is closed during listed business hours. Called up and the recording says they’re closed Tuesday and Wednesday but it is now Thursday and no one is answering. Sad to say I won’t try to give this business my money any longer.
They make really good food but usually when I call them to place an order they don't answer the phone. They are closed once a week and closed two hours every day for siesta. I don't know how they make money and pay rent. I've been going here for ten years and never have I seen lines to the door like what I experienced last night at Chipotle.
The food is excellent, cooked to order. The staff is friendly and very professional.I highly recommend this place!
