If I could give no stars I would. It was my bright idea to get KFC today instead of cooking myself! Family went to pick up the chicken. .asked for all white meat. .WELL we got NOTHING but DARK meat...not one breast in the bucket! Nothing but some UGLY mystery pieces that we can not identify and fries so SALTY you'd have to double your BP meds! I totally agree this place is on its LAST leg...please close so a decent eatery can occupy this location.

And I did not understand your explanation that 1 condiment packet is given, because the customer is given 1 biscuit in a 2-piece combo. Maybe that makes sense to you, but common sense dictates that 1 condiment packet is not enough. Then again, common sense is uncommon.I regularly visit KFC, however, I was never given 1 condiment packet with the 2 piece combo. Often times, Kadiatu puts, at least, 3 condiment packets with the meal. More importantly, every time I drive thru, Kadiatu is "pleasant." Perhaps you can learn better customer service skills from Kadiatu. A BIG THANK YOU! is sent out to her.In the meantime, Uba Ida, if you don't like your job, then quit and find another job. Friendly staff, I used the drive thru. It was $10.65 total for a medium sized Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo... It was tasty but a bit expensive.
Horrible. Ordered a chicken sandwich meal with mashed potatoes and gravy and large drink, an order of chicken tenders and 2 chicken sandwiches. I got the chicken sandwich meal and the order of chicken tenders AND a large mashed potatoes and gravy, and no chicken sandwiches. Went back and the person who took my order said he couldn't figure out how to remove the large mashed potatoes and gravy from the order and couldn't find the button on the screen to order the chicken sandwiches so he just put the large mashed potatoes in the bag and left out the chicken sandwiches. I guess it never occurred to him to ask someone how to remove the large mashed potatoes and how to order the chicken sandwiches. So I spent $25 on a chicken sandwich meal, chicken tenders and large mashed potatoes that I didn't want and they wouldn't do anything about it. Never going back there again.
Ate kfc for the first time in a long time Nashville tenders was really good.

We used the drive through and the service was great. Everyone was very nice very patient I never felt rushed. Great food as well.
I ordered my 3 piece chicken box with cole slaw, gravy, and a drink on Doordash. My order arrived but my cole slaw and gravy was missing. The chicken was so greasy that I probably need to get a hazmat suit on to tackle the thing. If you have $20, just spend it somewhere else.
