Won’t waste my time going there again…. First we waited almost a half hour to be seated. when we were seated at the table we waited almost 25 minutes and weren’t even served drinks. Got to the point that people that were waited to be seated sat and were served drinks and ordered .
Went in after an intense gym session. Needed my carbs and our server Jaydon was really helpful. I ordered bottomless pancakes and he made sure I always got them.
IHOP IHOP IHOP...what a great family restaurant! It's affordable to everyone and it's a great place to meet with friends and the kids. I'm third generation going to IHOP. I think the prices and variety of them allows for anyone to stop by and have a little something with their family or friend. On my road trips, my number one place to look up is an IHOP. I've gone to Franklin Parks IHOP a million times, it has good service and very accommodating for people with a cane or a walker. I can't wait to go this weekend.
I enjoy coming to this IHOP. The staff is very friendly. The food is delicious. I always ask for the menu item longer on the menu, and the waitstaff and cooking staff take and create the meal as if it never left the menu! Thank you!
Unfortunately this was my last time at any IHOP for a long long time to come ….probably never againI mean In competition with PJs pancake house which is Opening more locations and gaining in popularity the very least this location should do is hire staff with the right attitude and personality, to retain its clientele.As skeptical as we were, we decided to give this location a try again as we have dined here beforeA very lack lustre ambience which wasn’t the worst part…Our server was this young kid who should probably pursue anything but this as he simply …. Let me be very blunt and polite ….. lacks what it takes to be waiting on customers in such a renowned restaurant …. No personality, smile, courtesy…..Not Only was he slow, but kept forgetting to bring us parts of our order, and when reminded that he forgot, had not even a fake expression of being apologetic …. I mean he was waiting a total of four tables including ours for crying out loud …. How do you forget ?? And if you genuinely did forget, have the courtesy to apologize !!!!Sorry IHOP I know times are tough In the pandemic, but hospitality is your job and living …..I am a very disappointed customer
Classic IHOP, the most important is that even in the peak time when the restaurant was litteraly 100% capacity and they were able to take your order right away and serve you food in few short minutes! You can't ask for more. Waiter and manager was very nice too during that busy Sunday afternoon!

What is for breakfast Veterans Day, with there being is little people there is there was it took a little bit to get some service at my table, it sucked all they had was cream for coffee and I'm lactose intolerant so I missed that with my breakfast, other than that it was a good setting and my pancakes for good but the coffee was worth 3 of those Stars
