Lately the service has been HORRIBLE!!! They always say its only 2 servers...well hire more!!! After they sit you 15 min can pass after they come back and ask what you want! We ask for coffe and i had to go after another 15 min to ask for it?♀️ after another 15 min we had to ask for the entree and the manager, we had enough waiting ! They can do much better! It cant be possible to have pplt waiting for 30min just to get them coffee when the restaurant is not even full...there were only 6 tables including ours! If you are really hungry go to another ihop!
My family and I went to this location on april 19, for my moms birthday. Part of the staff was walking around like literal zombies. It could not have been made more obvious they did not want to be there. I have worked at a restaurant for 4 years and this was the most pathetic attempt for service I have ever seen/experienced. We left (before a server came up to us) because we knew we were not going to receive even 2 star service. I hate to have to word my review in such a manner but this was absolutely pitiful. The host came up to us and had an angry face “how many, where do you want to sit.” I would have rather gotten the menus and sat my family myself. This is so disgusting I hope management reviews the tape and does something about this. Shameful.
Service is beyond slow and inattentive. Restaurant is not clean. The burrito wrap is 90% hash browns with barely any other ingredients. I got my strawberry and crème crepes and there was no cream in them. Any opportunity to mess up, this place will do it. Will definitely never be coming back again.
Why do they close early for the past couple of weeks during weekdays? Today, we came at 630pm and the doors were locked but there were some cars on the lot at the rear of the building. You guys should change your store hours for weekdays and online, so people knows not to go there when closed. Your website said open til 800pm at night on weekdays! It's not the first that they close early including closing the kitchen at 700pm.
We were seated quickly and that was the only quick thing. We looked at the menu long enough to pick out our drinks and food and long enough for me to go to the bathroom. When the waitress finally showed up to take our order I had asked for coffee. She brought it but didn't leave the coffee pot. When our food arrived I had to ask for more coffee and thats when she left the coffee pot. We had barely started eating when our waitress returned with the check. We got the hint that she wanted us to leave but she walked away before I could ask for a box. We ended up flagging down another waitress who looked put off that we asked for a box. I finally went up to pay for the bill and they gave me some small boxes at the register. When I looked over to the back I saw our waitress and the other one sitting down in some booths on their phones. We always tip but this time it was much smaller and we left it in the box we didn't use.
Was seated quickly, the staff was super friendly, the only downside was the card reader went down and we were forced to pay cash, so never go here without cash just in case. Luckily we had JUST enough. Will reconsider changing my rating when I go back. The food came out quickly and done the way we asked and the coffee was average. Definitely will go back again for breakfast.
Ordered to go. It wasn't great, just good, which is not how we remember IHOP.It baffles me how they prepared bacon cooked, but it was still soggy. Very strange.The eggs were okay, the pancakes were great, but the hash browns were the best.We took the bacon and microwaved them and then let them sit for 10 minutes, and it was a lot better.The breakfast was also ready when they said it would be, which was a plus. I'm not sure we'd go back again. What really frustrated me was the app. I tried ordering inside the app, but it wouldn't let me complete the order because I had a giftcard. When I just went to the website, it worked fine. It feels like there's no one in charge of quality assurance.
Service was horrible. Got our orders wrong. Ran out of syrup and they gave us a coffee mug filled with syrup. Added tomatoes to our bacon temptation omelet and we're allergic. It was an overall horrible experience.

Order my food ahead of time so when i go pick it up it would be ready. Nope i had the wait 1 more hour to end up with cold food and all mess up
