This is absolutely our new favorite place! We drive by all the time (just moved to the area a few months ago) and today we finally stopped for lunch. I loved the food and so did the kids. We can't wait to go back and try some more of the menu. Atmosphere is great, people are super nice and the food is amazing!
22 yrs in Sussex County and this place is Hands Down thee BEST bagel place around!New Owners bringin' their own fresh flavorful variety of bagels daily! Their bagels are yummy!!! If you like hot/spicy, check out their signature Firehouse bagel or Jalapeno bagel, you won't be disappointed. They bake everything right on the premises. Muffins, rolls and croissants. Spreads are fresh and delicious to compliment any bagel.If you're not in a hurry, sit and have one of their delicious breakfast platters like french toast or veggie omelet w/ home fries and toast. You won't be able to eat it all!If you don't want to sit indoors, but enjoy the nice weather, they have plenty of outside seating.They are our stop after working out at the local Y down the road.We also grab subs (Italian the best!) when we head out to do a hike. It's on the way and so convenient, but you might miss it as it is tucked down off the road.Special Note: their bagels freeze really well!!!! We relocated to Hardyston from Wantage and having Firehouse so close by is a treat. We like the service. Atmosphere catching up with people we know while waiting for a great breakfast! Love looking at all the different patches too!:

Delicious fresh bagels on the spot. The 2egg Taylor Ham and cheese with ketchup was perfect. Place is very clean, great customer service and very convenient. If you are in the mood for a fresh tasty bagel, I definitely recommend this place.
Drove up from KY to see relatives and they brought us to Firehouse. In addition to the best selections of Bagels and Spreads I've ever seen, they have a wonderful Display that Honors First Responders. If you like the Fire Service, you really need to stop and enjoy this place. Fabulous food and atmosphere. Headed back in March and this will be our first stop.
This place is legit, great bagels, pastries, breakfast sandwiches. Very fresh. Try the cheddar bagels with bacon egg and cheese ?

Owner keeps the place running smooth. Very clean and organized. THERE'S NOTHING BAD ON THE MENU. Great prices large portion if the truck drivers stop there you know there large.
