Went there this morning and it had to be the best experience I’ve had at any Dunkin’. I went through the drive through, usually I have to deal with repeating orders but not this time. Speaker was clear and order was perfect. 100% my new favorite Dunkin’.
Nice staff but inside was hotter than outside. I sweated waiting for my drink. No signs saying Air conditioning was broken so I guess that's normal?I was going to sit down and relax but no way in that sweat box.
Best experience at a Dunkin Donuts. Ever. 250 Rt23 in Franklin NJ. The staff was fantastic. We got talking about their favorites and WOW! They can really pick 'em. Plus they are a really fun crew. Who knew going to DnD could be so much fun. Highly recommend this location. 5 stars. Worth repeating: Best experience at a DnD. EVER.
Great staff, as of the new owner and renovation it’s amazing. A worker made a drink wrong, corrected it, and truly wanted to make it right. Great staff and service

This was the best Pumpkin Spice Latte (hot) I’ve had so far, far better than Starbucks! I grabbed one this evening and the young man at this location in Franklin, NJ was very friendly and professional! I will be stopping by this DD again soon!!! ❤️
