Did mobile curbside pickup. Food was ready, countdown hit 0, got a free pizza. Waited another 2 minutes, clicked to alert manager, waited another 2, called the store. Took 9 minutes before I walked in and they finally realized my food was just sitting there, was cold by the time I got it. If you don't have the staff to walk the food outside in a 9 minute span, either hire another worker, or don't offer curbside. Thanks for the free pizza due to terrible service.
First timer : ordered pizza for a bday party and it was good. We ordered garlic breads and surprisingly it was soft and tasted awesome . Nice and quick customer service . Ordered it online and picked it up. Everything was ready and hot when we went to pick up. Tried cheese pizza and pineapple ?/olive/ jalapeño pizza. It was good. Parking is good . I had terrible experiences with this place in the past. Not my first choice, but my child wanted Dominos. Tonight, I had the best delivery guy. So polite and pleasant. He really was just the nicest part of the experience. The pizza is Dominos. I'm not expecting top notch Jersey pizza. But totally worth it to make my child happy and have a pleasant customer service experience to boot.
I called the store, my younger cousin accidentally made a mistake. I accidentally called another dominos ( who by the way were very friendly and helpful and willing to change the order). By the time I called them the employee was rude and demanded to know why I made a mistake. I call back to speak to the manager who was also not helpful combative and hung up on me. Just order from the 3 dominoes a few miles away LOL
They've improved from a few years ago. My order is always accurate and fully cooked. 5 stars because that's all you really need from Dominos.
This is the worst Domino's Pizza. No matter what time you call they take a minimum of an hour and a half to make your pizza. Sometimes its fully cooked, sometimes its not, and sometimes its burnt. If you call them with a problem they are extremely rude, especially their manager, who always blames the issue on someone else. If you actually want your pizza in a timely manner or want consistent quality then I would get it from somewhere else. Will no be ordering from this store again.
Dominos claim they will deliver in car in 2 minutes otherwise they will give you free pizza, I got message that my order is ready at 9.00 PM , I pressed I am here button at 9.01, after 13 seconds they stopped timer but I not received order, at 9 15 I went inside store and they said pizza is still in oven and handed over my order at 9 16, when I said if pizza wasn't ready why you guys stopped timer, she said we went outside to check you but you were not there, if 9.15 pizza was in oven how someone went to see me at 9.01.Domino should stop this service because it happened multiple times with me that they stop timer before 2 minutes to show accuracy.
The Dominos Team at Kendall Park were so gracious and kind to a family from our Sapling School! They purchased pizza for the children and staff for their child’s birthday!! And it was Hot fresh & good!!! Kids loved it! Thanks the family raves about your customer service
Ordered my pizza at 11:01 am and its 12:15 pm and i still have not recieved it. I call the store and they tell me thier driver does not come till 12:00pm. Not even a courtesy call to ask me if i would like to cancel. Very poor management. Store should be looked at by the franchise to fix the problems going on at this location. Had to cancel my order at 12:22 .
I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and I live 15 minutes away from the store and it came in 1 hour and 20 minutes. That’s ridiculous. They have way to much garlic on there crust. Do not come here. Save your money and go to a small own pizza shop.
