Have been ordering china moon for years but there seems to be a change. When I get beef fried rice it's full of large onions and not chopped smaller, I found hair in my rice on one occasion and had egg shell in my rice today. Not to mention I have had barely cooked beef in a beef and broccoli order. No longer my go to Chinese place finding another. Seems to me a possibility of too many different cooks no consistency in quality.
Love China Moon!I’ve been eating from China Moon since 2012! My friends and I would drive up from Princeton and order food from China Moon. I moved to NYC for 7 years and would have my friends bring me food from here occasionally. Now I’ve moved back and am so excited to resume my orders.Usually I order fried chicken wings (fried hard and cut in half), spicy pork fried rice with $1 shrimp a sweet tea and a shrimp roll. I’ve also ordered chicken & broccoli with garlic sauce with brown rice or veggies. To some people it’s an average Chinese restaurant, but I feel like it’s the best in the area.
I’ve been ordering from China moon for so long.Spending between $50 to over $100 each order And since Covid I’ve been so disappointed.But the staff is so nice.I understand that prices for product are high so you raise your prices.I truly get it but when you start raising the price and giving less portions…that’s a problem.They’re food is good I’ve been supporting and dealing with it but today I’m done.Hopefully things will get better for you✌?
I found my new fav Chinese place! I may have tried every one in Somerset and this is by far the best. Customer service on point too and the place is clean. A++
Beef & Chinese veg. Excellent but shrimp & Chinese veg had too much brown gravy. Should be white gravy with shrimp or chicken. Still good
My family and I have been going to this restaurant for years. The food is great with reasonable prices. There is parking available and service and wait time is quick and easy .

An office orders over 25 items and this is not the 1st time we have ordered but this will be the last time. You would think they would somehow label each item just with a number as we order by number. - L22 or L11, etc. Such a mess trying to figure out what is what. My meal had carrots in it and was not cooked maybe for 10 seconds. Biting into a hard carrot, I could of had carrot sticks for lunch instead. The shrimp was very soft hardly cooked, not spicy as it should of been and the sauce was terrible. Strange tasting meal. Others as well had their complaints. We have no clue what happened but this place is totally horrible. "We" will not order from there again.Update from friday: I had full blown food poisoning. This also was the only meal I had also. Will be contacting the health department to report. Uncooked food, diety I'm sure in the kitchen as well. You never know .

Wife and I have ordered take out from here many times. The staff is friendly, the food is very good and the prices are reasonable.
