Perhaps you could have someone on the phone that had a little customer service. Talk about rude!!!!!
Carollos is an awesome place, for good Italian food. We have been there so many times and each time it is just simply great. Their Ribeye panini is great!!!! Their chicken parm, no matter what version you get of it is always a recommendation on my part. All in all, Carollos is a great place to eat, and I recommend it to anyone in the area!
Try to order food over phone the girl taking the order was extremely rude and rushed when asked to speak with a manager they refused to put one on. I am done ordering from here if they don’t care how they treat customers or are so disrespectful they don’t deserve my business. They need to train these young arrogant girls a little respect and phone Etiquette. It’s a shame that customers are treated like this. I will definitely be taking my business else where!!!
Apparently when you call to complain about HAIR being in your food they not only do not give you a refund or a replacement order, they tell you they’re taking you off their list of addresses to deliver to. Completely unprofessional and uncaring towards customer service. Over an hour late on top of it.
This was just what my fiance and I was looking for nothing crazy pack with good pizza n steaks. Come to find out they small bar on site and real Italian food.
Way over priced. We got a pizza with two toppings, a chicken wrap, a pork Panini and 2 cups of soup and it was $70.00 What I found most shocking is that a cup of chicken soup was $7 and a cup of the bisque was $8 and neither of them were any good. They’ve increased their prices so much that it’s actually not worth going back.
We enjoyed our visit, we dined in, the food was tasty and plentiful. They had a large menu with plenty of options. Staff was pleasant and suggested food options.

this place is awful what the heck. we waited 25 minutes and werent even NOTICED until we went up to a waitress and asked for drinks. when we got our drinks, the room they sat us in didnt even have lights on until some other lady came and turned them on. then we waited 2 more hours for a couple pasta bowls. the kids werent served for another 20 minutes after the adults, however our waitress was very nice. i feel bad for anyone who comes here starving because they might not have any food for a long time. i would give this place a zero, but thats not possible. so i give them a 1.
Was told 30 minutes for a pick up....arrived in 30 minutes and waited another 45 minutes for my meal for a total of 75 minutes from the time I placed my order...when my name was called there was no apology, no sorry for the wait and no Thank You...nothing....no customer appreciation...not customer friendly...not acceptable... there are other restaurants in the area...don't need this rude behavior
