Very quick and polite. The gentleman who took and fulfilled our order (I believe he was a manger) was dealing with a very rude customer in front of us with way more patience and skill then most people would have been able to have. Great location, great food.
I find this location to have a good selection of chicken meals, sides, and desserts. Personnel are courteous, offering assistance if asked. Food is cooked not fried. Desserts are generous portion sizing.
Can't believe that this Boston Market has not been shut down by the health department. Food is horrible and the place is nasty and disgusting. This is the worse one that I've ever experienced such bad food and nastiness.
I really like Boston Market's food and food selections and I've never had anything to complain about. What I will mention is this, after cooking a Thanksgiving meal over a 2 day span, I decided to order Christmas dinner from Boston Market and was let down. When I went to pick up the order, the wait time went pass the time by 20 minutes from the time they told me it was ready. When I got home, I found the sauce in the mac & cheese was so watery, it spilled over in the carry box and was inedible, the gravy was bland, had no flavor. Also received 2 artichoke dip and no cream spinach. Even with all of this, I still gave the Associate a $20 tip for their efforts. The Market was short staffed and bit off more than they could chew this past Christmas. I still love Boston and will continue to eat there, I just won't be ordering another Christmas Dinner?
This is a favorite when we want fast take-out but don't want to settle for a burger or pizza. The variety of sides make for an ever-changing panoply of dinner options and the prices are reasonable for what you get.
I decided to patronize this location and I ordered a chicken pot pie and a side order of soup when I got to where I was going and check my order it was no soup and the chicken pot pie was dried out even the chicken was dry. I won’t recommend going there
Food was not so good. Staff sweep and didn't wash hands. Management was nice
Awful! Got my order wrong twice in the same visit, then the macaroni and cheese was soupy, and the once delicious cheese spinach literally made me throw up! Bad
Service slow. Bugs surrounding building and screwed up the order. Will never return. Hope the place closes for good.
Placed an order on line and paid. Waited the thirty minutes and headed to pick up my order. After 20 minutes they were finally able to locate my order after telling me numerous times there was no order despite me giving me them my name and order number. Very frustrating. I get home and unpack my order only to find out the chicken salad I ordered was not in there. I call the store and tell them and again they have no idea what order it is then after 10 minutes he asks do you wanna come pick it up? No I don't want to drive another 20 minutes because you dropped the ball. Go elsewhere I guess there was a reason it was empty service has no quality
