This Taco Bell sucks, so many screw ups one after another. I ordered spicy soft potato tacos, no potato. After I complained to them they forgot about the tacos, when they finally gave me the new ones I realized no tomatoes. Also I realized once I was almost done the Crunchwrap supreme had no tostada shell in there. The tortilla wasn’t cooked well either, potatoes were too soft and not enjoyable, the food was a mess. I 95% enjoy Taco Bell all the time, I am a frequent Taco Bell eater. Never have I been so miserable and disappointed with Taco Bell, I didn’t enjoy it at all. Never coming back to the fort lee location again
I order 5 pieces of chicken tenders and these things looks more like a popcorn chicken than anything else plus burned and dry... unacceptable.
ZERO. Only had KFC available one night because of short staffing....or maybe because the Taco Bell side was already cleaned up..... Entire place is dirty and messy, food is poorly made, and they legit close like 2 hours early
I would rate this Taco Bell ZERO stars if possible. I ordered around $30 worth of food between the Taco Bell and KFC menu. There was only only person in front of me and they were waiting on their food. It took them 25 minutes to get the food out. When it came out everything was messily thrown into the bag like they were rushing, even though it looked like all of the workers we’re going on slow motion..... I get cheap fast food to get food FAST.. a 25 minute wait time for an EMPTY restraint is ridiculous. Then to top it off our food was disgusting. I’m not expecting fine cuisine from a fast food place, but I’ve just never had such cold and poorly made TACOS in my life .
Nice modern decor. It could have been cleaner but we were there just before closing.Parking area poorly lit.

I don't know why it says until 10:30 or 11:00 pm if I went at 10:15 and the store was open but when I entered I told myself that it was already closed. terrible service, another day I went and the employees were very disorganized, it also took a long time for my food to be empty

Took 15 minutes for my simple Taco Bell order to be ready. The place was not that busy inside nor drive thru, but the workers behind the counter were cussing at and about each other, and were totally disorganized for no reason. Not sure if the evening manager was missing or they just need a new one. Food was not well made and ingredients were skimped on.
