Had to ask for my coffee to be remade. I told the girl 2 times what I wanted and she still made it wrong.. For the 2nd time.. I may not go there again..
Depends on who makes your coffee always ask in the afternoon for a fresh batch.

I was given a bag that was leaking. Talk about lazy staff didn’t even bother bagging the items correctly.
Amazing and friendly staff. I had a mishap causing me to drop my food. They came over to me and asked if I was ok, and made me a fresh order. Best Starbucks experience I've had in a very long time.
Coffee temp is below 80 ! It should be min 150 degree according to Starbucks requirements. I m on my NJ turnpike. Let me see if another locations will exchange.
Used to be good, now the new manager and the crews are downers. I was sitting for an hour with my friends having some coffee with chats. Dirtier than gas station restrooms, tables are not kept clean. They were not dillingent at all. They were busy looking over other crews back and support rather than knowing what they were doing. I am going to other Starbucks even if it's bit further. Conclusion, the place is slowly and quickly getting worse.
This Starbucks location used to be a good one but has really gone downhill within the past few months. Most of the old Baristas are still kind and courteous and can provide you with friendly service and consistent beverages, I cannot say the same for the newer Baristas. Most days I will come in to the store and wait to be acknowledged at the pick-up window to then receive a sub par drink from a rude barista. I will say that there is a barista named Cantrell that is on his A game every time I walk in and is always very professional. Unfortunately the rest of the crew usually isn't so enthusiastic.
I ordered vanilla sweet cream cold brew this morning and found out a piece of sponge..(?) looking thing was at the bottom of my coffee… such a shame that this happened.. I really liked this location but I am never going back ?
its starbucks!baristas are professional and nice.they try to make the process smooth and fast as possible, butsometime the location just get super crowded, which is nobodys fault.
