Horrible experience. I was the first in the line ready to order breakfast while cashier said that I should use kiosk only. I was surprised that the only person who was sent to kiosk was me. When I asked why they didn’t take my order at the register, cashier said that they have instruction from their manager to send “people who speak English to order from the kiosk”. Not to mention that line behind me was perfectly served, they got their orders in timely manner because they and staff in this location speak Spanish. Is it for real? To be discriminated because I speak English not Spanish? Who sets these discriminating rules? What about Korean or Japanese speaking people? Are they also sent to kiosk because of that?

It's right off the George Washington Bridge. So if you have a Mac attack, its convenient. Sadly the food is hit or miss, the fries are too crispy or soggy. But hey, it's McDonald's not a five star restaurant. I like using the drive thru. I hate going inside, it's usually filled with students hanging around.I usually get a quick bite before I go food shopping at ACME two stores down.
What happened to the $5 20 piece? It's 10$ now .... (cheat code ask for 5 x 4 piece for 5$) as far as a review fast drive through, fresh hot food always.
I have no complaints since they remodeled the place. There is kiosk to order from and it automatically added discounts. Only con would be that the drive through is little narrow.
Never had problems with this McDonald's until now. This morning (11/24) I had the worst services. Dine-in order with # punch in at the order screen. Not only they did not bring my order to my table, the manager just shouted out # and pointed my order sitting next to her on the counter.Short staffs? Understandable. Attitude? Not professional.
This store always shows they don’t have caramel frappe. I would like to order that. Very not happy with that.
After ordering pancake, two Mcmuffin and two hash brown in the morning, I went to the highway with packaged food and checked, and the staff didn't put any hash brown in.
11/10/2021 Check your order before you leave... I arrived home and called because my order was incorrect and the lady/manager was rude and would not say her name. They were closed for a month to renovate and returned with worst customer service. The buns are never toasted, fries never hot, etc. :( would not recommend.
