Went in at 9:20pm and they said all they had is taco bell, and they ran out of chicken. All i wanted was a famous bowl. It’s ridiculous. It seemed as if they were just not trying to do it since they were already cleaning. BAD BAD BAD.
Did an online order, stood at the counter while staff stayed in back, no greeting. Then she yelled a name and some came from behind me. He took he pickup order.The she looked at me with an inquisitive stare, so I said pickup?She clicked many buttons and kept looking up at a screen, then I guess she found my order that was due 5 minutes ago.Place is dingy, not clean like Arbys, McDonald's, or wendy's.Parking lot is worse then a NY street ridden with pot holes. I twisted my ankle walking from a garbage pail back to my car.
Went at 9pm. Manager said she doesn't have enough chicken. I asked when she closed she said 10pm and can't make more. Confused I told her they close in one hour. I asked if I should write a review she then said she can make the chicken in 20 mins fresh. Very confused why are you open if you don't want to make chicken and you are a chicken specific restaurant? Very bad.
By far, one of the famous unfriendly restaurants you can encounter in Fort Lee. This old lady who works at the counter is infamous already among regular customers. I guess there's not much management can do about that since employees there are always changing.On March 5th, 2020 was another usual KFC experience as this old lady accepted my orders with usual attitude. I asked her why Taco bell is closed again at this restaurant eventhough they advertise as KFC and Taco bell restaurant. I visited three times this week and everytime I went there, Taco bell was closed. So, I asked her what was the reason Taco bell was not being offered and she said, "I don't know and I don't care. Don't ask me, ask the company. Welcome, thank you and goodbye." I literally stood there with my mouth opened as she said, "welcome, thank you and goodbye." Wow... other customers just started laughing and they told me to forget about it and told.me that how she is to all the customers.Probably the management at this restaurant is not able to find many people to work there, because they seem to be changing employees all the time, but have a courtesy and try to treat customers with manners. I don't expect them to be friendly, but saying, "goodbye" to customer when customer is ordering doesn't make any sense at all.You say, "goodbye" to your customer and I will say, "goodbye" to you too. I am sorry that this restaurants been in local business more than 30 years. And what makes.me sad is that they are getting worse and worse every year. Well... not much I can do.
Ordered chicken breast and wing. Got home to find chicken leg and thigh. I hate dark meat. Called to complain and no one picked up the phone. I don’t know why I go there. I leave there frustrated every time.
Great service. KFC is SO MUCH BETTER than Popeyes. Great food and great prices. Staff very friendly. Popeyes is over rated and their prices are RIDICULOUS!
The waiting time for most orders in any posible way ( pick up. Delivery app, order to go at the store or in advance )take way too long in comparison with other similar places or even same chain.
Very poor service dirty and food took like 1 hour last time buy here be careful
