Clean space and the staff was so friendly! The guy there was so meticulous in building our sandwich - one of the better jersey mikes I’ve been to! Jersey mikes over subway any day

I've eaten here a few times, and my experience has been great.
I love their subs, but they consistently mess up my order. I usually do takeout, so I end up having to come back or throw out the food. Happens to both online and in person orders. To their credit, the staff is always apologetic and quick to remake the sub, but I stopped going to avoid the trouble.
Edited review: Left a 5 star review awhile ago for some free chips (that’s how bad they need it I guess) my bf entered this store at 356pm for a 359pm pickup up order. He just left at 412pm. What was going on while he was waiting for his food you ask? 2 workers on their cell phones. 2 workers actually working and no one on the line (no customers and they still couldn’t make his simple turkey mayo and lettuce sub). Lazy. Finally at 411pm, someone decided to take 30 seconds out of their precious time to make his sandwich. Why is there even an option for pick up orders?
These are amazing sandwiches. Try the Rosemary bread...awesomely delicious. I'vealready tried the #13 and the #17... That means I've had a hot cheesesteak hoagie, hero, sub and a room temp Italian sub, hoagie, hero with all the Italian accoutrements that Jersey Mike suggests. These are terrific sandwiches. Had them on two occasions and will have them again. The three sizes offered are all you could want, the prices are fair, the protein and veggies taste really good, the bread is great ( watch out you other chain with that thing you call bread ) and I will try the tuna next time ! This is as close as you'll get to a local Italian deli if you don't have one near you.
I went at around 3:00 on a Thursday and they workers on duty at the time were very pleasant and nice they made ordering very easy and fast

Hamp provided me with exceptionalService at Jersey Mike’s. I love coming here because their bread is always soft and the food is always fresh. I’m always greeted with a smile and I couldn’t ask for anything more.
