First off, I LOVE BOBA. gongcha is probably one of my most frequent places to go get boba when I'm visiting somewhere and I LOVE THEIR taro milk tea. So, I went there and they got my drink ready in less than ten minutes, however they got the wrong flavor(??) I guess taro sounds like caramel? Well, I didnt think of a big deal at first, but then my dad's drink which was prob my second favorite was SO sweet and didn't have the usual taste, so basically I walked half an hour for nothing? And when I was waiting there were no chairs. It was also so awkward while ordering...but yeah.anyways though, LOVE GONGCHA, but probably not this specific place..
I went here yesterday with my mom for the first time. The experince was great, Hina was very nice when we ordered Great staff great drinks and this place is a 5 star for me.
They got some tasty drinks. I'm glad I discovered this place.
Unfortunately, I thought the tea was WAY to sweet. Even at 30% sweetness. I got the brown sugar drink with pudding and it felt like I was drinking melted vanilla ice cream. Honestly, a bottom 3 Boba experience of my life.
Was lookin for my favorite drink ,Taro milk drink but it was cold and the nice cashier told me if i wanted it warm...... Best drink i had so far ?
horrible gong cha location. the employee at the counter is so rude and unprofessional. screams at me to speak louder when she could’ve asked nicely. she gives attitude and makes customers feel like trash. how are you guys hiring employees? never going again and extremely disappointed!
Cup sizes changed. Price increased. There is no seating so those pictures are actually false. Drinks are delicious.
I love coming here whenever I am craving bubble tea. Perfect sizing and prices are reasonable. Nice staff and drinks are made quickly. Lots of delicious options to choose from.
