I have no idea wth is happening this place..in-diningThey r used to working quickly and nice ..But My last 3 visit was horrible including today.They take orders and wait until I mention my food not came, than give me wrong orders.Took me 20min to get my ice coffee and sandwichThis place really need new management.
I went to get coffee late at night. This was the only place open. I asked for an iced cappuccino... easy right? Wrong. I got a cup of milk!!!!! No coffee. Never visiting this location again. How do you give a customer a cup of milk????? I can’t believe I paid $12 for 2 cups of milk and 2 donuts but I was exhausted... never again.GET NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!
Royal rude morning crew.Zero customer service.I waited in the drive-thru for over ten minutes to have a rude lady taking my order.After several off-tone, oh my gosh! Ridiculous!!! comments I decided to cancel the other and leave.Management and corporate must train their employee better.
Drive thru lady was extremely rude. The tone in her voice was very threatening when l asked her for a certain type of donut. She doesn't deserve to be working there.
The worst! This used to be my go to Dunkin. All went downhill when they let the manager Bella go. She kept that store running. Since then it is a disaster.
Came twice between 11pm-12am to pick up doordash orders. It seemed like they don’t know get the orders or dont bother with them because they had to get the items off of my phone. The second time, I gave my phone to the lady, showing the specific itemized order, and she still had a difficult time understanding how many items and what items I needed. Fire this lady and replace her with someone literate please. Very poor communication to the point where I cancelled the order because I didn't want to deal with the two buffoons that were there.
This is the worst Dunkin In the area. If I could give it zero stars I would. There is always a long long wait and most of the time your order is wrong. Just now I pulled around to pay and there was one car ahead of me waiting for their order and I waited 9 minutes. How complicated could their order have been?!!!AND THERE WERE LIKE 5 employees inside.They need to do something and make changes!

The customer service here is subpar. I've had way too many occasions where I come here to purchase something for my team at work only to be given attitudes and our orders to be wrong. I don't know if they are short staffed, but they are definitely nasty with customers. We'll start going to Starbucks up the street going forward
If I could give it less stars I would. Coffee was cold. That's your whole business, coffee, and they screw it up. Avoid this DD!
