Very inconvenient to sit there and have your coffee and donuts and find out that you can't use the bathroom or wash your hands. They lock the door and don't care if you need it. I was there a week before and the next weekend and it was the same problem. It's broken the staff said.Well, It's been over two weeks with the same issue.The owner or the manager should put more care about this and fix it. You got more customers and more complains coming.
This is a great place. Always stop by here for the bite of the day. There’s a dude who works there, his name is Omar. Always friendly and respectful towards the customers! There’s just one issue with this place. THE FRENCH CRULLERS!!! They’re unfortunately not available anymore and I wish they would bring them back, they were my all time favorite! Please listen to your consumers, Dunkin! Thank you.
Went there today ordered on the go. I go there and there's bags work no names on them. I waited for my coffee to come out because there was no coffee on the on the go area. Lady asks me what was I waiting for? I said bagel twist. The guy who prepared it says that he mentioned it on the on the go. The bag was up there work no names before I got there. So am I supposed to open up bags and see what's inside? Very unsanitary. Last time going there.
Asked for med light and sweet. Got dark and bitter. A second attempt and got same. I left it on the counter and walked out. What a waste of money.
Extremely disrespectful and rude gentleman working this location tonight. My friend and I were together after months apart and we were looking forward to sharing a warm, holiday beverage together. This employee sought to ruin said reunion by raising his voice and telling us “I don’t know why you’re standing there. I already told you we are out of Chai.” The man left us there for 10 minutes as he proceeded to clean and attend to mobile orders as we clearly stood there politely waiting to place our orders at his convenience. Another customer came in and the employee looked at us and said, verbatim: “If you’re not going to order anything, then LEAVE.” We were both shocked and upset that the employee treated us with such blatant disrespect. Don’t support this business. We will be contacting the corporate office to voice our complaints.
The worst. Barely warm coffee. Terrible service. Do not go to this DD unless you want to be pay for disappointment.
First of all, I found a paper in my sandwich today. Second, they burn my sandwich every single time. Whoever is reading this, please just drive an extra 3 minutes to the other Dunkin in Fort Lee. This Dunkin on Lemoine is horrible. No matter what I order, what they give me is subpar. I’ve never had a Dunkin that wasn't satisfactory because it’s not that hard to provide. We’re not asking them to cook a full course meal or anything, so they shouldn’t be screwing up a simple sandwich every single time. This is the first Dunkin to make me feel sick.
Watered down coffee this morning. Waste of time and money!
