Good, fast, attentive service. Food was really good, great portion sizes. This place knows my soul.. If you like variety and sampling when you eat, definitely come here. Got the combo platter, one of many, with brown noodle, fried rice, and sweet and sour chicken, soup, plus one delish crispy dumpling for about $17. The red seafood noodle is also yummy. Very flavorful. Would definitely be a repeat customer!
So we had no idea what to expect but after we ordered and had a few bites we know we made the right choose. So you know the portions are family size and made for sharing. The sweet and sour chicken was so delicious as was the seafood combination and the dumplings. Definitely enjoyed our meal
One of the best (if not, THE best) Korean/Chinese restaurant in NJ. Convenient commute from NYC and they don’t use a lot of MSG which I love. Definitely recommend!
My go-to place.Great food & great price and quick service. The best black bean noodle and sweet & sour pork ever!
If you can get past the rude (owner?) At the front door, this place is good. Great flavor of their Korean/Chinese dishes and lunch pricing usually around $12/dish. Good service and food usually comes out pretty fast after order. I come here mainly for the flavor!Parking: Big parking lot in back of store
I’ve been coming here for years as a loyal customer but I’m never returning again. My last experience here was awful due to their customer service. I ordered two black bean noodles (one spicy and one regular) and they got my order wrong which is OK it happens. However the waitress was accusing me for ordering it wrong which was very inappropriate to even accuse the customer….I only ordered two items from their menu I would know what I ordered. so unhappy on how they handled the situation. the food was better before, Not sure what happened now but for the price it’s not even worth it. You will find better places in pal park. Don’t even bother being offended and giving this place business
We had a group of 13 people for a bday party spending $600. Food was okay at the best. Packing leftover to go, they gave me paper container to go but since it was leaking all over walking out the door, I asked for a bag. There was an order for customer to pickup waiting on the table. So I asked for one of those bags to put the leftover. The waiter said he can't give one to me. Really? After spending a lot of money, they can't give me a bag for leaking leftover? I asked them to throw out the leftover in that case bc food wasn't worth making a mess in my car. Then he brought me a tiny plastic bag that's just big enough to put it in but not enough to tie it.Never again they're getting business from my friends and families.
Food was decent. Tasty, but nothing spectacular. Prices were good, parking was easy, service was not the best. They forgot the plates, the napkins, the utensils, the water, the take out containers, the bill (obviously we paid, at the front, as we were leaving). It was just a bit annoying to have to repeatedly ask for items. The portion sizes were pretty big for the prices they charged, so that's a plus. Combo plate was good. The Jajangmyeon (black sauce Korean noodles ) was surprisingly delicious. Nice and earthy and a large serving size as well. Protip: Unless you're super hungry, share a bowl of the noodles. The sweet & sour fried chicken and fried shrimp were not great. Way too sweet and SOOOO much sauce. The 2 sweet & sour dishes ordered arrived on a plate and the sauce was put on in front of us, but I thought the bowl of sauce the server brought over was for BOTH of the plates, not just 1. Nope. He had a 2nd bowl of sauce and drenched the 2nd plate with it. I was with a large group, so didn't really notice until he left the private room we had. I WON'T be getting the sweet & sour dishes again. However, I'll be back to have the Jajangmyeon.
It is decent Korean Chinese for sure. I especially like the seafood jajamein. And the fried shrimp is great. Don't get the champon though. It's nothing to write home about.
Great food! Great prices! Visiting from FL and stopped at this gem of a spot!
