No, but seriously the sweet and spicy chicken is so good. My boyfriend and I have always seen this place going to work and finally went and the wait was a little long but compared to other places wasn't bad but my God it was worth it.Sauce was everywhere and I love that, it's more sweet than spicy but that's ok. Definitely, one of the best in my book.
I ordered for Thanksgiving dinner two days ago, but It was not ready even after waiting 30 minutes. I also asked the person waiting, and he said he was waiting for an hour, so I canceled it. And again I ordered a wing on New Year's Day, but they sent a whole chicken cuts. There was the same mistake a few months ago,but it's the second time. I can't trust them anymore . I don’t want to give them even one star.
Tried this place randomly as there’s endless selection of Korean fried chicken in this area but it was better than expected. Order was the sweet and spicy wings with yuca fries.
Just picked up chicken from here…don’t know anything about the taste but I won’t go back just because how awful the service was. Zero customer service etiquette.
sweet and spicy whole chicken! Incredibly light and crispy. Perfectly fried. Their fries are good too. Absolutely the best Korean style chicken so far and I tried each one of them in Bergen county. I wish they had white meat only option which is why I marked it down to four stars.
They ruines our Thanksgiving dinner by taking too many orders, our of their capacity and by cooking out of order - depending on who complained basically - which made it impossible to calculate the wait time and made us feel treated unfairly especially because we tried to empathize and understand at first by patiently waiting for an hour. We placed our order the day before to make sure we get the party platter. After an hour of delay, without any explanation given by them we had to tell them we can’t wait any longer because we are literally missing our thanksgiving dinner: they told us to cancel it with zero apology. I wasn’t the only one who felt furious and disheartened at their attitude and the way the dealt with the issue. How unfortunate since I’ve enjoyed Daegu Chicken for so long as a Fort Lee resident. I am not sure if I will ever give this place another chance, at least for a while.

So I ordered party platter last week, I can't believe they do not update their price on their own official website. They almost raised over 9% from last year's price (Party platter for sure, not sure about other items). Of course when I ordered over the phone, they don't tell me the total amount they just tell me when to pick up. The website still says $62 (Today 9/6/21). DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR PRICE ON THEIR OFFICIAL WEBSITE. It seems like owner/manager is so active on google reviews yet not so much on their own website...Just saying.Update: Photo attached. It seems like you are trying to make a change. I still get $62 for party platter time to time. When I refresh it it shows $67.99 and $62. Check your host server for this matter. And understand that my concern was "not getting informed about the price change". As a busy business owner I can understand sometimes you can't keep up with website and etc however, this could be an easy fix as long as employees always inform the grand total when customers order over the phone. As many reviews suggest that it seems like employees training is much needed. If you are a potential customer of this place, I suggest you read the comments from other customers and owner's replies. I liked this restaurant but with owner's attitude and customer service won't have my business.
This is terrible experience. Just because they are busy, they can’t say we made a mistake without any apology. (They had same two orders but made only one.) And they told me I have to wait another 40 minutes to get a party platter. Ok people make a mistake then at least say sorry and then make mine as soon as possible. But worker told me that order are backed up so it will take 40 minutes to make mine. This is absurd!!! You made a mistake! Then at least try to fix it as soon as possible. Don’t tell me order are backed up. I wouldn’t ever never go there again!!!! And I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!!
Best fried Chicken I've ever had
